after waiting 2 days for a hire car from my insurance company i contacted alpha claims and spoke to a lady called saaiqa , she gave me a hire car within an hour of ringing and arranged my damaged vehicle which was left on the side of the road to get picked up, Thank you saaiqa for everything you have done from start to finish
