Couldn't have been more happier with my new NASA jacket.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised how thick and well constructed this parka is.
I have an original Made in USA N3B from 90's and I must say that the quality and attention to detail continues.

I ordered the Nasa flight jacket for daughter. The product arrived in an expedient manner, and was in perfect condition. My daughter was ecstatic with her gift and I was more than satisfied with the overall experience!

Ordered a jacket over ten days ago and had to pay over $50 delivery charge. The jacket has still not arrived. I also emailed alpha industries asking where it is and was told I would have a reply within 48 hours. It's been over 48 hours now and the only email I have had is requesting that I write a review on a product that k am yet to receive.

Items are of great quality as expected to be due to price rate. Very stylish and unique pieces

Not only did the jacket I ordered for my son for Christmas not get here on time, they were requesting a review BEFORE I had even received it. They also did not disclose all of the charges associated with the purchase. So far, a jacket that was advertised on their site at 99.00 has cost me a little OVER 240.00. I emailed them several days ago questioning the additional charges and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service!!!! Extremely slow delivery!!!!!! Tons of additional charges!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. I will never deal with this company again.

Not happy xmas eve and no jacket fot my son, it was ordered and paid for on the 14th December.

They shipped to me very quickly especially for the christmas season. I received the wrong size but it ended up fitting fine anyway. I would have rather have had the small but the extra small they sent was an okay fit. I am sure they would have been happy to help if it did not. They have excellent quality. I would of course buy again.

So my boyfriend bought his Alpha Jacket 3 years ago and I used it every chance I got because it is so warm!. Since then, I´ve always wanted one but for some reason never got it before. I choose the Elyse Parka in black in size M. Size is ok (I´m 5.6 and weight 145). First thing, the zipper is very very tricky. It takes me usually like 4 tries to get it up. It is not easy and it looks cheap. After have used my jacket only 4 times, the zipper looks old and messy already. The jacket is nice. Looks very chic but, I used it a couple of times around Lake Tahoe (where I live) and it is not as warm as my boyfriend´s. Also, be aware that it is long. It will cover you almost to your knees.(Not that much but maybe 3 inch over the knee).
I wish I could say that this is my favorite jacket because it looks very nice and cute, but the zipper is very annoying. very.

This was my first time purchasing from Alpha Industries but it will not be the last! I was so happy with the jacket I bought as a gift to someone. They love it too! It arrived so quickly even though it's holiday season and it was everything I imagined plus more. Great fit, color, and quality

I buy a N2-B parka and its just perfect and affordable.

Convenient and easy to use website, relatively fast delivery and notifications. I cant comment on customer support since I didnt deal with them. The only pain I guess would be the shipping fee but thats not on Alpha themselves.

I've been purchasing your products for a few decades and now my children wear Alpha gear and I recommend Alpha to anyone looking for affordable well made gear.

Great Jacket and it keeps me warm through the Chicago winter. It's kind of cool to wear a jacket that naval aviators would wear and being in the Navy it makes me proud. Thank you!
