Item lost prior to delivery. Called customer service to ask for a refund. Received runaround. Having to cancel through credit card company. Will not order again.

I was sceptical of the style of product I was buying because it was a gift, but it was well recieved and the jacket was amazing in quality. (Bomber jacket).
And the shipping was fast considering it was a holiday.

I received the product that has stain color on the jacket. Sent email complaint to customer service it took 24 hours for them to respond with RMA to return the jacket but it has been almost a week after I send back my jacket but still not receiving my refund yet.

It's perhaps ironic that so many of these practical, classic U.S. military styles are now made overseas, but certainly not unusual or to be unexpected. It would help if Alpha were to list whether or not specific garments were either "Made in USA" or "Imported", but they don't have to and no doubt that information provided to the consumer could easily affect sales negatively. Alpha Industries continues a long patriotic history, still based in Knoxville, TN, and for many years were able to manufacture the MA-1 jacket (one of which I recently purchased and am certainly pleased with) for our service personnel right here at home.

I will definitely be ordering from Alpha Industries again. The price was the lowest I could find online, I got free shipping & my package arrived right on time!

My husband's flight jacket was really worn out and needed replacing. He wanted the exact same jacket. I searched for days and finally found the only site that had it, Alpha Industries. Their website made it easy to place the order. It arrived quickly. We did decide to choose a different color. Once again, customer service explained the process and I was off the phone in less than five minutes. We couldn't be happier.
