Alpha Innovation Avaliações

had a very positive introductory call with Kevin at Alpha Innovation.

What stood out was his ability to quickly understand the opportunity, ask the right questions and bring structure to what could otherwise have been a broad innovation discussion. The conversation was practical, commercially focused and genuinely thought-provoking, with a good balance between strategic ambition and what would actually be required to execute successfully.

Kevin clearly understands the challenges organisations face when trying to turn innovation, AI and emerging technology into scalable business value, particularly where governance, assurance and organisational readiness are important.

A strong first experience with Alpha Innovation, and I came away from the call with greater clarity on both the opportunity and the next steps.

Very helpful and constructive advice. Helping me to create a clear pathway to revenue

Kevin has been excellent to work with. Great insight and great ideas on how to move forward. Distilling down a big idea to manageable sizes was invaluable to me. Every stage has been very constructive.

It is always valuable to hear perspectives that challenge one's thinking. Working with people like Kevin and Conor who have hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and scaling businesses - areas that are newer to me - is insightful and beneficial for my growth. Thank you for the opportunity.

Kevin was really accommodating with the initial meeting, generous with his time and provided supportive tools to scope out the idea and client personas who can benefit.

Connor and Kevin freely give of their wisdom in the spirit of helping people reach their goals, and they do it by being pragmatic. "A practical approach to problem solving and decision making. It involves considering what works in the real world, rather than what's ideal in theory."
The tools they provide are superb for iterating our vision through to launch.
And they are simply wonderul human beings. They exemplify people doing business with people - you want to work with them personally because they are the best of humans.

Refreshing take on my project from knowledgeable, personable and professional team. Very astute observations and focused on the 'problem'. Looking forward to further interactions.

I have started working with Alpha, with Kevin and Conor, and they where very helpful, really looking forward to working more with them.

The best advisor I have meet in 20 years. I have had lots of support and advice over the years, this stood out as exceptional and based on tried, tested and successful practical methods.

I recently had a consultation regarding setting up a business in Ireland, and I was absolutely blown away. I was expecting a brief 20-minute chat with one person, but instead, two incredibly knowledgeable individuals dedicated over 90 minutes of their time to providing me with invaluable guidance. They went above and beyond, offering detailed insights, answering all my questions thoroughly, and providing me with actionable steps to move forward. I left the consultation feeling empowered and significantly more confident about navigating the complexities of establishing a business in this new market. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for expert advice and support.

Alpha Innovation's event, Disrupt by the Sea, provides a unique experience in a charming Donegal setting. The pitches and presence of US "Sharks" add excitement with a $100k prize. While organization and atmosphere are commendable, it's best suited for those with interest in innovative business ideas and networking, rather than just anyone. Overall, it's a decent outing with standout qualities, but may not appeal to all. 3 stars.

Disrupt by the Sea 2024 was a standout event. The organization and planning were impeccable, creating a seamless experience. The pitches were engaging, and the tension during judging was palpable. Set in Ramelton, Donegal, the unique location and artisan food added charm. The presence of US "Sharks" offering $100k added to the excitement, providing the winner with a great funding opportunity and excellent mentorship. As an attendee, I found the event to be a most enjoyable experience, leaving me inspired and motivated. Highly recommended for anyone interested in innovative business ideas and networking opportunities.

The pitches were excellent, the venue was special and the overall feel of the event was positive and inspiring.

Disrupt by the Sea 2024 was a stand out event for me this year. The organisation and planning that went into the event was evident. The pitches were so engaging and the tension in the tent during the judging was on another level. I would highly recommend the event as a delegate or to anyone with a business seeking investment.

Great experience.
Loved watching the businesses pitch.

Amazing food too..

In a world where everything seems to be the same, Disrupt by the Sea is something really different. From the location (a small town in Donegal) to the setting (a tent) to the food (local, artisan and delicious) it's not your everyday pitch event. Then throw in the US "Sharks" with their $100k and you have a memorable day out.

Great event showcasing some excellent start-ups and it was very well organised by Alpha Innovation

A wonderful event with a very high standard of pitching and representation of the full start-up ecosystem. A beautiful location and showcased some of the best food available in the North West.

As a shortlisted finalist for Disrupt by the Sea, I highly recommend founders to apply to the program. The process has been straightforward and simple but it is the feedback that is invaluable. We received multiple rounds of feedback on both our pitch and our business as a whole. Competition aside, we are now looking at elements of our business from a new perspective and are making changes for the better. Kevin, Conor, and the Alpha Innovation team are wonderful and have brilliant insight. Even if we hadn't been shortlisted, the feedback along the way has been so worthwhile.

As a finalist at this year’s Disrupt by the Sea, I would like to encourage any founder who has not yet had the pleasure of working with Kevin and the ALPHA innovation team, to strongly consider getting in touch with them. Kevins' coaching throughout the process has been razor sharp. Supportive, reality check & insightful in equal measure. As a nascent founder on the fundraising journey, the process of Disrupt by the Sea has been invaluable in developing a laser focus on the funding journey, at a pivotal stage of the company's development. Thank you to Kevin and all the team, judges, and sharks for their invaluable contributions.
