The Donegal Bootcamp by Alpha Innovation was a great experience from start to end. Getting together every week and going through sharp and timely tasks pushed us towards the end goal of bringing a business to life. I would strongly recommend this to anyone with a vision of creating serious ventures from simple ideas.

I really enjoyed meeting people from such diverse backgrounds on this course. Going through the process of the business canvas was very interesting and at times challenging (which was good!) The course went at a fast pace so a lot to get through. I particularly enjoyed the times when there was group discussion and interaction to allow for perspectives and contribution. The tutors had a great dynamic and were very supportive and very good.

Kevin, Conor and Graham offer a wealth of experience and insight to guide you through the programme. The group dynamic has been incredibly valuable and supportive to help develop our vision further. The weeks go fast and you cover plenty of ground, possibly the best way to move from concept to next steps.

Alpha Innovation has helped me test my plans for a business and turn it from an idea to a reality. After the boot camp I am able to confidently pitch my business to potential investors and customers. Go rabh mhaith agat

This program has positively changed my orientation about starting a business, especially in the impact of potential customer engagement on business development. Among a lot of insights, I learned not to assume a customer problem and to avoid the premature presentation of solutions to potential customers. Kudos to the hosts on the ATU Letterkenny campus.

I joined the Startup Bootcamp 24. the program was well structured and well paced. every session had a clear purpose and homework to be done till next session. even the length of the sessions was well though of, not too long to get overwhelmed and not too short covering a good contents. I travelled from dublin every time all the way to Letterkenny to attend and it is well worth the trip

I found the Alpha Innovations Bootcamp extremely helpful, they will teach you how to study and investigate your potential market. To make sure that there is a market there, and that they will buy your product. This process will potentially save you a lot of money and time.

I am currently on the Innovation Bootcamp which is led by Kevin Sexton and Conor Doherty who are incredibly knowledgeable and they cover a range of topics from innovation to creative strategies. It is engaging and interactive with real world examples which make the concepts easier to grasp.

The sessions were relaxed with easy delivery of information. Everyone was encouraged to explore their ideas to see where they might lead. The focus was always on the customer and their potential problem. The class discussions and interaction were creative and useful.

The coaching calls that I've had with Kevin and Conor have been very practical in helping to progress my business proposal in the right direction, with a clear focus on the value being provided to the client. The questions, templates and framework they use were very thought provoking and offered invaluable insight into the priority actions I needed to take. Kevin and Conor were easy to chat with, great sounding boards for any concerns or questions I had and reassuring to be able to talk through any challenges that arose. Their enthusiasm, expertise, experience and straight talking is invaluable for any startup!

I would highly recommend the team at Alpha Innovation to any existing or budding entrepreneur!

Amazing experience, 3 weeks ago I wasnt sure what direction the business or I was going. After working with Alpha they have given me a clear path and understand on the direct in which the company needs to go but also the tools to grown. Top class!

The half an hour conversation with Kevin and Conor was really helpful. Kevin asked few interesting questions which opened a new way of thinking for me and gave me couple of insights. Both of them were careful in listening my idea, patient and so polite. At the end of our meeting he suggested few specific things to think and investigate about. Their concept is around enabling people who can not afford to leave their job to try starting own startup in a feasible and realistic way. I'm already looking forward to our next conversation.

Great interactive workshop - the limited time slots we had meant that the outputs were quick and very focussed. Loved the layout and design of the activities, there was a lot of energy in the room.
