I really don’t know why the high…
I really don’t know why the high ratings, maybe some had good experiences, so here’s my personal opinion. I tried the product, didn’t do anything for me and then next thing they say it was a bad batch and asked me to send it back… Got money back too which is nice. Customer Support could have been a bit more effective and give more information about the product, how to use, how to dose etc.
I won’t be purchasing anything again, cannot really trust their products…

We regret that you have had an unpleasant experience.
This recall was a safety measure ordered by the authorities, due to the CBD content of the product itself.
There was no production malfunction in this batch, but rather the authorities ordered us to recall every full spectrum product over 5% CBD and stop the sale of all products over 5% CBD.
Regarding dosage, everything that we are legally permitted to communicate can be found in the product description of each item.
We are also sorry to hear that the product didn't give you the desired effects. This can be different for everyone and therefore we would suggest trying different products until you find the one that works for you. We hope you find the right product for your needs.

Der Bestell- und Lieferservice ist sehr proffessionell und gut
Der Bestell- und Lieferservice ist sehr gut. Das Produkt selber zeigt eine hohe Wirkung und hat sich als absolut nebenwirkungsfrei gezeigt. Ich schätze es sehr, dass ich weiss, was drin ist und nicht über den (nicht vorhandenen) THC-Gehalt rätseln muss. Ich werde geren und jederzeit wieder hier bestellen.

Ich mache eine Behandlung und der Arzt empfahl nur 15% und leider finde ich es sehr schwierig, Ihre war perfekt. Ich hoffe, Sie werden weitermachen, weil ich weitere Monate der Behandlung benötige.
