Using Altralife products for my diet replacement program was smooth and easy. I am so proud of the results that I’ve achieved and I look forward to continuing using this product.

After refusing meds I was offered the Oviva programme through NHS for Diabetes Remission. I am thrilled to finally lose weight safely and healthily - 10kg in 10 weeks so far, and can feel the benefits. I used a closed blender for the TDR. The shakes are nice, chocolate is my favourite, then strawberry, latte, vanilla and banana. Plant based mango tasted artificial. But they all have different artificial flavourings added. Not a fan of the soups, tastes so bad , and make me so gassy (added own spices like curry powder for flavour ) and also same consistency as the shakes. Preferred chicken over the veg. Overall super pleased with the service and the delivery were very prompt. Thank you Oviva.

The service is very good when ordering. I didn’t think I would like the shakes as I’m more of a savoury type person but I soon began to prefer them over the soup option. The meal replacement diet is daunting at first but easy to follow. I had tried other companies, that do shakes, and the Altralife ones are far superior in flavour and texture.

If you have to go on a total food replacement diet this is the way to do it.
I felt the range offered a good variety of soups and shakes and the sample pack received before the main supplies allowed me to try out the flavours before making my choices so I found flavours I enjoyed.

I was introduced to the products through the NHS as part of the diabetes regression program. I lost 30 lbs in 8 weeks. Ok it was tough at times but having the chance to try the product first really helped me choose the right flavours for me. I really enjoyed the soups and latte which I added to flavour my coffee. This helped me loose a lot of weight by doing the NHS plan. However now that I have finished with the plan and looking at the prices now, I don't think I can carry on using these products, as I simply can not afford it.

I did a 12 week course as part of a diabetic programme a couple of years ago, I have dabbled in altralife on and off since then. I have just gone to buy a weeks pouch and the price has DOUBLED from 35.00 to 70.00. How is that possible ? Disgusting 😡

The product has doubled in price overnight. Been using for years and now simply cant afford it.

Hopeless. ‘Delivery’ by Royal Mail if delivery in the word. Left the package on the front doorstep. 5 minutes later a moron steals it. Captured on our doorbell. Why would Royal Mail leave a package in plain sight without hanging it to someone. And why work Altralife instruct Royal Mail to do that?

The soups and shakes are really easy to mix. I would recommend if you want to kick start weight loss

Brilliant shakes/soups & bars. I enjoyed all the flavours & didn't struggle with hunger or cravings over the 12 weeks I was using Altralife. Numerous family & friends have started using Altralife too based on my experience & results.
Altralife will always be my go to if ever I need a reset knowing I'm on a nutritionally balance diet.
I recommend maintaining at least 2.5 litres of water a day & the Altrafibre twice a day.

Really easy to order and products came quickly. I liked that you can use this with water instead of milk, it kept me full up also. Good choice of flavours- strawberry was delicious!!

I joined Altralife because I wanted to lose weight.My nurse practitioner recommended it and I must confess that I have no regrets whatsoever. The shakes are super,my favorites are the banana,strawberry and chocolate flavors,the vegetable soup I chose isn’t so nice but that’s my opinion. My sugar level is way under control now and I gladly recommend to anyone who wants a healthy weight and glucose level.
