I began my road to remission diet by replacing every meal for three months with Altralife shakes. They sent me a taster pack with all the flavours, and I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy most of them — only a couple weren’t to my taste, but that’s natural since everyone has different preferences.
What impressed me most was how filling the shakes were, which made sticking to the three months of meal replacements much easier than I expected. The website was simple to navigate, and I appreciated the helpful reminders when it was time to reorder. Delivery was quick, arriving within a couple of days, which made the whole process stress-free.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Altralife and would happily recommend their shakes to anyone considering a meal replacement plan.

Used Altralife products as part of NHS Type 2 diabetes Path to Remission programme. Worked for me. I enjoyed the shakes - Mango is really nice! The soup range though is very limited and I found it impossible to mix without it going lumpy or gooey - this needs improving. It was easy to order and delivery was fast. I’d happily use the shakes again.

I was introduced to Altralife through the NHS diabetes remission program. I lost 11kg within 10 weeks. The product is easy to use because of its pleasant taste. I would recommend to anyone who wants to loose weight without the baggage of side effects.

Being diagnosed with Type2 in July, and with my doctors recommendation of immediately going on the 12-week Altralife Total Diet replacement (as well as being in the right headspace to achieve the goal set) I embarked on my journey.
Altralife sent me samples firstly, so i chose my flavours (shakes and soups) with an email prompt every 3-weeks to order my next months supply. I did find I got bored with my original choices, and although Altralife said I couldnt change my original selection - I did manage to change.

Great delivery, usually the following day after re-ordering. Well packaged, with each bag having precise instructions showing all ingredients/supplements.

I exceeded my goal and am now off the TDR (but have a small supply still just in case). If you are unsure whether the TDR works - go for it, i lost nearly 3 stone in just over 3 months!

I used Altralife products as part of the NSH pathway to remission for type 2 diabetes. I am on week 24 and was using the shakes(meal replacements) for the first 12 weeks. I have lost 30kg, no longer need any diabetes medication, and all my blood results and blood pressure measurements are back in a healthy range. DUring this time I never felt hungery and ordering from Altralife was simple and delivery was prompt.

Quick delivery time from order to delivery. I was on the TDR diabetes plan via NHS. I lost 12kg in 12weeks, weight loss was consistent. I didn't try the soups but my favourite flavours were banana and mango. I chose chocolate for my last one of the day, which I had hot, which helped with any chocolate cravings also. I don't like milkshakes, this is great as mixed with water. Top tip, mix in a blender with 4 ice cubes and it's lovely and frothy and thicker. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, it worked really well for me.

Absolutely fantastic, I had lost 2.5kg leading up to my appointment. I attended my routine diabetic check up, and was so fed up. My mmol was still 49, I still weighed 84.4 kg and size 16, my BMI was 31. I asked for help with a diet. The nurse suggested NHS diabetic soup and shake diet. I agreed to start the diet. I started end of July 2025. at the end of the 12 weeks I was down to 70.1kg, my mmol was 36 and my BMI was down to 24.7. I also lost 6" of my waist. I got into the diet shakes quite easy it helped as my husband was on a diet too. I stuck to latte, strawberry, chocolate and veg soup which were nice. We went on holiday beginning of September and I was dreading it as holiday is about nice food and drinks. It didn't bother me, as I had got in the mind set. Anyway I am back eating around 1300 calories a day. I now weigh 69.1 kg and just bought new cloths size 12 with room to move. Also feel healthier, and got more energy. Altralife thank you

I was offered Altralife through the NHS Diabetes remission programme. It's so easy to order and arrives quickly. I loved the shakes but not so keen on the soups. I lost 3 and a half stone, I started in April after 12wks I started reintroducing food. I've managed to keep the weight off, but I wouldn't of been able to do it without all the support from the Oviva team. A huge thank you to you guys!!

My experience with Altalife shakes has been unique and truly transformative. Each shake felt like a balanced, complete meal, giving me the nourishment and strength I needed throughout the day. I genuinely felt energised and supported, not drained.
What I loved most was how the weight loss happened gradually, steadily, and graciously. No pressure, no sudden drops,just a gentle, healthy progression.
The products dissolved easily and smoothly.
I was not too impressed with the taste of the soups and less variety an improvement will make it interesting.
Mango flavoured shake had a peculiar artificial sweetener taste,for me not pleasant and boring.
Overall, Altalife shakes have been more than just a product for me they’ve been a partner in my wellness journey, helping me feel strong, balanced, and beautifully in control.

Ordered the Altralife products through Oviva and the NHS Diabetes remission programme. Week 11 today, so one more week before food reintroduction and I have lost 3lb shy of 4 stone in 11 weeks. Ordering is simple, and shakes are great, especially if you combine Banana and Chocolate for example. Soups are not to my taste, and bars are VERY chewy, but shakes are a winner. Got blood tests next week to check levels, but 4 stone down, can't be bad and doing it this way, its taught me what food is important and to eat properly going forward, and with Oviva Team, will definitely keep going, and keep it off for good.

I was offered Altralife through the NHS as part of their Diabetic Oviva program. I lost 3 and a half stone and I have successfully finished the Diabetic remission program. Unfortunately, I have since gained some weight and I am considering to start with Altralife again.

This product was recommended by The NHS programme in the title.
I have researched plenty of these kind of products and never felt sure or comfortable with them. The NHS endorsement gave me peace of mind and reassurance that I wouldn't suffer with any deficiencies whilst completing the programme.
It does take getting used when it's your soul food source. The Fibre accompaniment is also very helpful when needed.
