Altralife has helped me to not only lose weight but more importantly, as per the NHS ‘pathway to remission’ programme, assist my diabetes to the extent that I am no longer classed as having diabetes.
The products take some getting used to, and the soups are not to my taste, but it’s about the benefits that are clear to see.

I've been on this tdr (total diet replacement)for 15 weeks now, my blood pressure is now normal and I've also lost just over 4 stone. The support you get from your coach and the group is excellent, I get a personal phone call from my coach every week checking everything is going well. They also provide everything you need FREE of charge, I really couldn't recommend this program enough it has helped my weight loss and my diabetes.

I thought I would never loose weight. I have always been on the heavy side. after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I was putbon a weight lost programed using altra life product. and I am so happy I did. In just 12 weeks of using the altra life shakes I had lost 10 kg and looked better than ever. I also got rid of my diabetes. I would deffinetly recomend

My GP diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes, along with a few other weight-related issues, and recommended an NHS programme that could help put the diabetes into remission. It was strict and needed a lot of discipline. Oviva provided the support, and AltraLife supplied the products. My journey started on April 1st 2025

The plan was 12 weeks on four shakes or soups a day, totalling around 800 calories. It was tough at the beginning, but once I got into a routine the weight started dropping off, and my blood glucose went back to normal levels.

When it came to reintroducing food, the support really helped. Honestly, it was harder than the full-shake phase, because you’ve got to rely on what you’ve learnt — but take your time and it works.

I’ve now fully reintroduced food, but I’ve chosen to self-fund one shake a day to help keep things balanced. It works for me. Simple as that. And the shakes taste great… the soups, not so much!
Total weight loss - 28kg dress size was 22 now 14 initial results - early remission - full remission results in 3 months

I've tried a few other meal replacements in the past but never sticked with the plan due to the product's taste or quality but I've found Altralife the perfect fit for me and I have tried all the flavours with no issues and the soups are nice as well, maybe add a couple of new flavours.

I started off at a 100KG and lost 18kG within 2 months.
The shakes I received have enough nutrients to last you throughout the day. It was a hard journey but has been well worth it.
My colleagues are astonished how trim I now. It takes lot of discipline but you will be happy once the weight start dropping off.

There are sections with alternative foods,exercises and links that you can refer to.
It really has been a great experience .

I started the ultralife total meal replacement the end of February this year 2025 to help with blood sugars and medication. since being on the shakes ..4 meal replacements each day for 12 weeks in total (the 4th month you start food reintroduction) .I have come off of metformin.. reduced my blood pressure meds and lost 5 stone in weight I have felt much healthier and have a better relationship with food ...the support from the program is amazing

I was diagnosed with Type2 diabetes in December 2024, and referred by my GP in May 2025 to the NHS Remission Programme which uses Altralife products. Over the first 12 weeks I lost 10kg and reduced my HBA1c from 50 to 47. I was initially sceptical about the taste of the products, but was pleasantly surprised. The shakes and soups were tasty and enjoyable, and they are very easy to prepare with hot water and cold water. This made it simple to fit into my daily routine, even when I am on the go.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these products to anyone looking to lose weight and improve their health.

Having struggled forever trying to lose weight I was pessimistic about trying Altralife! My GP advised me to try it to reverse by T2 Diabetes.

Loved the strawberry and vanilla shakes most, never felt hungry and I am now 3 and a half stones lighter in 12 weeks! T2 Diabetes is also now back in the normal range.

The online consultant on the app is great but sometimes slow to respond.

Altralife has managed to produce and provide shakes and soup’s which along with my own commitment and dedication has helped me to reduced my weight by 3 stone whilst on the 12 week diabetes remission course that I was offered, it.has also had an enormous positive impact on my blood pressure, blood glucose levels, heart rate and confidence. To me it is the best way to reach my goals and get back on the right path to achieving a healthier lifestyle.

I lost 2 stones in 3 months using just the soups as I'm not a fan of shakes or smoothies, etc. Never felt hungry once. It's not an exciting diet as it's the same thing every day but they taste nice and are warm & filling. They're also very convenient for making at work as it's like making a drink.
I'm continuing to use the soups as meal replacements to manage my weight on an ongoing basis.

Altralife has helped to get my life back. I lost 3 stone in three months. Lowered my blood glucose to normal range and lowered my blood pressure to normal range. The shakes taste good.
