On the 25/10/2021 I under went along awaited rhinoplasty with Dr Mahajan, from my initial zoom meeting , meeting to measure the nose and discuss what I wanted Dr Mahajan was open honest and told me honestly what he thought would suit my face I felt totally safe in his hands . I then met the anaesthetist I believe he was called Dr Varma who talked through my heavy medication for an old spinal injury and the pros and cons of anaesthetic . On the day of my operation I had a problem with my thyroid levels but after a great chat he decided he would put me to sleep and keep me safe , again a true professional and so clued up on my case .
The scrub nurses showed compassion and helped me calm down and not be scared . Again showing that he works with a great team who were all men that day .
My procedure went smoothly and I felt safe but like Tyson Fury had bashed my face in , but pain medication helped in the first week . I always thought that it was going to be awful but I can truly say apart from a headache I haven’t had a bad experience and I truly believe that’s because I have been looked after by an amazing doctor and his team .

After care has been great , a review at week 1 and then week 12. In that time I could have contact with Dr Mahajan if I needed too but I haven’t needed it .

I can only praise the whole team that worked on my face as I now can look in the mirror and love my nose straight and able to breath out of .

Dr Mahajan is a truly professional , compassionate man who is honest about what he can and cannot do to your face . I trusted him and are so glad I did , I might be 55 years old but I love my new nose and yes Dr M it’s not a pinched American nose that would have looked ridiculous on my face .

The only honest complaint I had was the Spire Elland hospital was a true let down and as a private patient I expected more than a plastic sandwich and 2slices of cold toast so I recommend you go to the Yorkshire clinic where he also works , but this doesn’t detract from my rhinoplasty result but I promised to be honest about the whole experience .

I cannot thank Professor Mahajan enough, I am so grateful for what he has done for me. I always hated my nose and was very insecure. Professor Mahajan was realistic with what he could give me and ensured I was prepared. I am unbelievably happy with the results and I was even able to attend my graduation and have my pictures taken without having to worry about my appearance. The staff at the Yorkshire Clinic were amazing and made sure I had everything I needed. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and I would recommend Professor Mahajan to anyone considering getting a rhinoplasty. Thank you, for giving me back my confidence and changing my life.

So I had my Rhinoplasty & Breast Augmentation done on the 15th May 2021. The only reason there is a delay with this review is because I’ve continued to procrastinate. First off I would like to start by saying Mr. Mahajan is a very talented man. I absolutely love my new nose and boobs. I originally had my first consultation back in March 2020. Just before the first lockdown. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, my surgery was majorly delayed which is completely understandable. My surgery was carried out at Spire Elland Hospital and I believe it took about 4 hours in total. Mr. Mahajan always responded to any emails in a timely manner, no matter how daft I felt my questions may be, before and after surgery. He was very professional and informative during my 2 consultations with him. He set clear expectations which I liked there’s nothing worse than being unrealistic. Spire Elland really looked after me too as I was having 2 procedures I spent the full day and night there. I’m not going to lie, it was a very uncomfortable night due to the packing in my nose but it was worth it. I can’t say this surgery has completely changed my life as it was cosmetic after all but it has dramatically improved my self esteem and I no longer feel the need to shy away from cameras. If you’re thinking about having surgery I would highly recommend Mr. Mahajan, he is amazing and surely the best in Yorkshire although I might be biased. Thanks for everything you do Mr. Mahajan in making people feel more confident and happy in their own skin. I have felt very self conscious about my small chest and the bump on my nose for at least 15 years and I used to think about them constantly. I no longer have these “issues” taking over my mind as you have done such a great job. I won’t hesitate in having any other procedures done by yourself in the distant future.

I had a breast lift & reduction in September which was performed by Prof Mahajan & his amazing team. From my first consultation through to my operation & aftercare, the whole team were brilliant. All questions by myself were answered thoroughly and I can't tell you how amazing the results are! I am so pleased with my renewed breasts I can't stop looking at them! Cannot recommend Prof Mahajan and his team at The Yorkshire Clinic highly enough..if you're thinking of having the operation I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I have recently had breast augmentation and the outcome is better than I had expected. Professor Ajay Mahajan helped me to choose the size best for me as I requested something very natural (280cc). He even arranged an extra consultation for me as I was very undecided between 2 different sizes. Due to having Covid my procedure was pushed back although the team worked hard to get me a new date as soon as it was safe for me to have it. On the day of my procedure I was greeted and taken to my room and everything ran very smoothly. The recovery process hasn’t been as bad as I was expecting and I was very mobile not long after! The stitches are very neat and are fading more and more every week! I couldn’t recommend Professor Mahajan enough, my confidence has lifted so much since having the procedure!

I first visited Ajay Mahajan 3 years ago, following various google searches for surgeons in my areas specialising in breast uplift surgery. I had seen a multitude of consultants over a 20 year period, so this was not something I was rushing into. I was extremely impressed with his work and what he proposed he could do for me.
3 years on, and following a lot of time working from home due to Covid, and as a result seeing myself in the mirror a lot more, I decided to bite the bullet and book the procedure, and I wish I’d done it sooner as the results are life changing! I can finally show my partner my breast, and I now have the confidence to be naked, both for myself in the mirror, and for my partner. For someone who hasn’t shown anyone their breasts in over 20 years, it’s life changing! My breasts have always been this way, I’ve not had children so they weren’t affected by child birth, Ajay Mahajan informed me that I had breast ptosis, and that a breast uplift would be the perfect solution for me, without having to have implants.
The whole process was so stress free, the staff at the Yorkshire Clinic were fantastic and so attentive and Ajay Mahajan delivered on his promises of giving me the breasts I always wanted; perky, full and natural.
I simply can’t recommend him highly enough!!

I had a labiaplasty back in March 2021. It is without a doubt the BEST decision I have ever made. I have wanted this surgery for so long and it was so worth it. It has made me so happy I wish I did it sooner.
I found the recovery good, yes the first month was uncomfortable but that is expected but it is totally worth it. I was back playing competitive sports within a few months. Now over 6 months later I have not had any problems.
If you are thinking of having this surgery I definitely recommend Dr Mahajan, he was brilliant. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. He was very professional and I highly recommend him.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with my abdominalplasty. I have always been a chunky girl but after having my daughter I had excess skin that I hated and showed through all my clothes. This procedure has completely changed my shape! I expected to be in a lot of pain after but the pain was minimal. I felt a pulling sensation from my muscles being stitched but other than that it hasn't being so bad! One unexpected bonus has been that I use to constantly need a wee but since the operation I can now sleep all night without going to the loo which is amazing! Mr Mahajan was very professional and friendly.  I cannot praise the care I recieved through him and the staff at spire elland enough! Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr Mahajan has been truly amazing. He is a fantastic surgeon.
Over the years I have tried so hard to flatten my stomach after having children but nothing worked and that caused a negative impact on my self confidence for years, until I met Dr Mahajan and decided to have abdominoplasty with liposuction.

The whole experience from start to finish with Dr Mahajan and his team was 5* plus, I have never felt so safe and comfortable, especially with the present covid situation.
The professionalism and results have well exceeded my expectations.

My surgery has been alittle over 3 months and I am so pleased with the results. My stomach has never looked this good and the scar has healed very well. I can finally see definition and it has made me feel so much more confident about myself.

I have wanted a breast reduction for years and when the time was right I began to do my research on different clinics/surgeons. I had been in touch with a couple of other clinics but wasn’t 100% sure about them, I then came across Mr Mahajan. I instantly liked everything I had read and seen, so I booked my consultation.

I was very nervous prior to my consultation but felt at ease straight away. He was very thorough when talking through the procedure and realistic about the results which could be achieved. He then told me to go away and have a think as it is a big procedure and to be in contact if I wanted to go ahead. Not long after leaving my consultation I knew I wanted to go ahead and that I’d be in good hands.

I’m now 7 weeks post op and it was hands down the best decision I have ever made, I feel amazing. There is such a difference in how my boobs look, no more back/neck ache and I can finally buy clothes that I’ve always wanted to wear! I used to suffer with soreness & itchiness underneath my breasts as well, it is the biggest relief to no longer have this issue. Everything has healed well and my scars are so neat, it can take a while for scars to fully mature but I’m already so pleased with everything.

I had my procedure done at The Yorkshire Clinic. I did have some minor issues along the way but there is always somebody on hand to speak to or to see you. Mr Mahajan and all the staff who I’ve seen at YC have been amazing, so attentive, making me feel comfortable and reassured at all times. I’m only 23 so it was a very daunting thing for me to go through but I’ve felt at ease the whole time.

Overall I’m extremely happy with my whole experience and highly recommend Mr Mahajan. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I would like to say how grateful I am to Professor AJ Mahajan and the staff at Evolve Medical Leeds for an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
For me personally, having any kind of cosmetic/medical procedure done is a big deal and a massive leap of faith – to entrust yourself (in my case, my face and neck) into somebody else’s care is very daunting and scary.
Professor Mahajan is very professional, understanding and passionate about his patients receiving the best outcome possible and takes time to go through everything with you thoroughly. Following the consultation and much thought I booked into Evolve Medical Leeds for a midi facelift.
All the staff at Evolve Medical are warm, friendly and welcoming. I went for my pre-assessment and Rachel explained she would be in theatre with me and what to expect before, during and after the procedure. The day finally arrived, and there I was with Professor Mahajan and Rachel having a midi facelift in a lovely theatre, relaxed, music on and good banter between us all. (I feel proud of myself for taking this leap of faith and going ahead with it).
I had swelling, pain relief and bruising as described by others who have left similar reviews about their own experience of having a facelift but I just wanted to say...If you are considering a mini/midi facelift or any other procedure. I hope this review will really help you decide. I have no doubt you will be in safe hands with Professor Mahajan. In my humble opinion, he is a remarkable and extremely talented surgeon and I feel incredibly lucky, grateful and so much more than I can put into words for his expertise and commitment to his profession. I am so glad I did this for myself and say to you without any reservation “Just go for it"

Mr Mahajan was exceptionally professional and reassuring throughout the process from the first consultation to the follow up. He explained the process well and made me feel at ease and able to ask any questions I had.

Now nearly 8 weeks post operation, I am delighted with how flat my stomach is after years of being very self conscious about excess skin on my tummy and diasis recti from having 3 children.

The recovery process is difficult at first, especially if you have young children but I certainly feel it has been worth it.

I would recommend Mr Mahajan without hesitation to anyone who is thinking of this procedure.

From the initial consultation to post operation, the service I received from Professor Mahajan was outstanding. This was the first time I have had a procedure under general anaesthetic, but I was put at ease and very comfortable. Now after two weeks after the procedure, I am already over the moon with the results! I would like to thank Professor Mahajan, and all the staff at the Yorkshire clinic for providing the best care I could have asked for.

It's a week since I had my mini facelift procedure and I couldn't be happier with my new neck and jaw line. Mr Mahajan is professional and friendly as are his team.I can highly recommend Mr Mahajans skills and would advise anyone who is unhappy with sagging skin to not hesitate.

Midi Face Lift and Eyelid Surgery the Best

Fantastic Professor Ajay Mahajan. Recently had midi lift and upper eyelid surgery. I can't believe the difference it's going to make on my life. Feel so much more confident. I've got my youthful cheeks back, a youthful neck, wide awake eyes and best of all I've got my dimples back to where they were in my twenties. I'm so pleased about choosing Professor Majahan for my procedures. He's a lovely man too.

I'm really impressed with the recent mini facelift performed by Professor Mahajan. I no longer have sagging jowels and can't help but smile each time I pass the mirror. Ajay was so professional and approachable throughout and explained each part of the procedure beforehand. The surgery was scheduled a few weeks in advance giving me sufficient time to make sure it was what I really wanted. I'm so pleased I took the plunge and found such a talented surgeon.

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted a rhinoplasty procedure. I previously had a Pinnaplasty under the care of Ajay Mahajan back in 2018, when I was looking for a surgeon to do my rhinoplasty I knew who to go to. The consultation was very informative about the procedure and what to expect before and after the surgery. Shortly after my consultation, I was able to have my operation. I was pleased on the treatment I received before, during and after my procedure. A week later after the operation I was apprehensive of what my nose is going to look like, after the splint got taken off I was very pleased with the results. I didn't have a dorsal hump and the tip of my nose didn't droop anymore and after seeing the before and after pictures I was shocked on how much of a difference my nose looks.
Each day that goes by my nose looks better and better, I would highly recommend Professor Mahajan for a rhinoplasty. He's very professional and is a highly skilled surgeon.

I have hated my large droopy breasts for years and finally decided to see Mr Mahajan after speaking with another lady about her experience and from the moment I met him I felt reassured (i was very nervous) he explained everything and was realistic about what could be achieved and answered any questions I had. The surgery went well and I healed quickly, I was concerned about some swelling I had so I rang up and was seen the same day but everything was fine, I also had a few questions so I emailed them across and they were answered the same day. I’m very happy with my new boobs and finally feel like me again, can’t wait to get my new wardrobe, I would highly recommend Mr Mahajan he’s changed my life

Exceeded my Expectations!

On my first consultation, I can only describe my situation as desperate! I had an acute reaction to my left breast implant and it needed to be removed as soon as possible, easier said than done in COVID 19 times. I had been recommend by Professor Mahajan and immediately made an appointment with him.

From the onset, I found his manor so gentle and reassuring. He was meticulous in every area of his consultation, carefully and informatively explaining options and possible results.

I had my surgery on 14/04/21 which has far exceeded my expectations! Professor Mahajan was extremely attentive throughout this whole experience. He consulted with me immediately before and after my operation and was again there to see me at 8am the following morning.

I can only describe the results so far as a miracle, I am so happy, I would not hesitate to recommend professor Mahajan to anybody considering surgery.

Having agonised for sometime about having upper eyelid surgery I had a consultation with Professor Mahajan, He assured me the effect I wanted was achievable.
He gave me a date for the surgery quickly, which was performed using local anaesthetic at Evolve Medical Clinic. The procedure took less than an hour and everything was carried out professionally before, during, and after the surgery. The nurses Cathy & Mae were delightful & reassuring.
Post-surgery, I experienced minimal pain & stopped taking painkillers after 24 hours.
It is now 12 days since my procedure, I have no bruising & only a slight swelling of the eyelids.
I am so glad that I trusted him to do the surgery as I now have the look I wanted.
