I have received broken or damaged items multiple times, including an eye drops pack, a faulty hoverboard, and a damaged slime box. Since these items were not in a usable condition, I had no choice but to return them.

In some cases, the items I received were also significantly different from the pictures or descriptions on the product page, so they were not what I had expected to receive.

Amazon accepted these returns initially, but I am now receiving warnings that I have made more returns than purchases.

I don’t think it’s fair to hold these returns against my account. I didn’t ask to receive damaged, faulty, or misrepresented products in the first place. If the items had arrived in good condition and matched their listing, I would have happily kept them. These returns were only made because the products were defective, damaged, or not as advertised.

Don’t use Amazon. They leave parcel on step and then block u and don’t refund ! Disgusting

Usually really happy with Amazon. Lately, however, I’m paying Prime membership and items are delayed, delayed, ‘lost in transit’ - with no notice to let you know things aren’t going to arrive on time.
Contacting customer service just gets a half-hearted shoulder shrugging meaningless ‘sorry’. Never mind it’s much needed birthday gifts - coz there’s no care there!

Not happy they are advising BBC adds. The most corrupt corporation. They should be banned from all other platforms. BBC protects the non desirable no need to say who.

Cancelling my Amazon prime account until Amazon release a statement distancing themself from the BBC review to add them to the TV licence fee list.

Money grabbing exploitation. What can I say. At every opportunity amazon is trying to extort more money from its customer base.
Take for example prime video, they now add some many adverts they make shows unwatchable.
All this to my multi billionaires richer.
I cancelled my subscription as I won't contribute to this modern day slavery anymore.

Pay for amazon prime to basically watch adverts and have to then buy/rent any decent movie worth watching. If you're deaf, don't bother.. there's no subtitle options. If you use it for deliveries, make sure you're home or they'll chuck your parcel on the floor for anyone to take it. Other than that, it's great.

Delivering on behalf of Fabulosa , they delivered 1 parcel of 2 on late morning the other one was to be delivered at a time of 4.15pm - 8.15pm , no parcel delivered , got up this morning and said delivered at 10.26pm and a photo of a parcel at a doorway I don’t know , they unbelievably bad, so now got to wait till Monday to get in touch with Fabulosa , this as happened a few times now, and also last week I had a delivery driver lean through my window that was open in the daytime and slid parcel on the shelf, I was not in room at time , just happened to see my blinds disturbed and the parcel was not even mine but next door neighbors , I reported it to Amazon and made a complaint to the police, please try not to use . Also Amazon was useless in their help on this , disgusting service.

While is Amazon delivery service so bad? Customers not able to submit complaints to the Amazon site so very poor service is hidden. In future will give my business to TEMU delivery time may be longer but it arrives prompt on day of delivery. New customers be well aware Amazon does not operate a good customer experience.

Not as good as it used to be. Delivery time's slipping, not all next day delivery. Promised next day but now it could be 2 to 3. Unfortunately Amazon are so big for their boots now keeping next day delivery is impossible. Still a good selling point but not guaranteed.

If i could give it less than 1 star i would. The streaming service is atrocious, finding anything is like running through a labyrinth designed by morons with no way out. On Top of that buying a series or movie can be nearly impossible even though its listed as BEING AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE!!

Amazon Prime contracted DPD to deliver next day Saturday a large floor standing fan with the heatwave in full swing. After a farcical sequence of behaviours by DPD, by Thursday they admitted they’d lost the parcel and to contact Amazon to organise a search. I couldn’t speak to a human but the message was to contact the 3rd party supplier as it was nothing to do with Amazon. You guessed the 3rd party supplier said no it was Amazon's responsibility! Eventually via chat with Amazon I got a refund. It’s certainly coloured my attitude towards the 3 parties involved.

Less and less value. Frequently deliveries are not as per statement of timing I am not getting the promised next day delivery despite ordering on the advertised delivery date. In some cases next day delivery takes several days to arrive. Also started noticing that postage charges are now appearing despite being a Prime member.

Will be cancelling my membership due to the disgusting number and length of adverts. They ask you to pay an additional fee to rid yourself of ads, I’m already paying a fee!

I am disabled and they will never, despite requests and complaints deliver to my door. Parcels get left in the communal porch which is open to the street or left in the communal hallway. Stuff is always going missing. I have now stopped my subscription as this is more hassle than it's worth. I am always left having to carry heavy objects upstairs. I might as well get a taxi back from the shops.

DELIVERY: Amazon Prime used to be reliable for delivering when they said they would. Not any more. It's really hit and miss whether something actually turns up on time with "Next Day Delivery" (even worse with "Same Day Delivery"). To charge a subscription fee for a "might turn up when it's supposed to" service is abysmal. Customer Service staff struggle to hide their lack of concern at another complaint of items not arriving on time.
PRIME VIDEO: not bad, considering it is trying to keep blockbuster fans and niche art-house types all happy at the same time. The user interface for browsing is notoriously dreadful. A note of irritation though: Amazon bought up and destroyed Lovefilm to remove competition from it's limited arthouse streaming offering.

Well amazon prime definitely not worth keeping anymore now they have started charging £9.00 delivery charges the whole idea of paying for prime was for no postage charges I am not paying twice its also made the items more expensive than they're competitors. I do not use prime viewing because to many adds that seem to last for ever,

Not only is it incredibly laggy for 90% of the time, when you restart it after the 4th time, you have to watch the really annoying adverts again and again, I end up looking at my phone or doing something else, as the adverts are sooo lame and miss the programme I was watching, we have the best internet package so it's not that, happens time and time again, when I finished watching, some things on there, I'll be cancelling..... come on Amazon, you can do better.....
