Always professional and most helpful when I find the need to call which due to good quality processes and staff is not that often. Well done - 4 years ago my feedback would have been very different but they listened and improved the service and continue to do so.

Always there on hand for support when my GP messes up orders. Caring and compassionate especially when I first got my spc I didn't know what I needed and Gaynor was on hand all the way and continues to help and check in. Can not thank her enough for the support she always gives me.

My change of opinion relating to the service of what has been a failing customer care venture, has been driven by a notable selection of dedicated individuals.
It would appear the sad days of failed return calls, missing packages and the inability to source products have been consigned to history.
The automated work flow systems that Amcare probably use now appear to be working for the benefit of both staff and customer
There does appear to be a can-do attitude among staff, as Shannon demonstrated by (I thought) foolishly taking on a problem, with only half the information available. With "I'll do that" still ringing in my ears she returned an hour later with "mission completed” So heart-warming
I don't know how many "Lee Smith"s you employ but the lady I speak with pops up everywhere? Her work ethic is truly amazing and resolves any issue almost immediately and NEVER fails to return a call. If I had employed one Lee Smith in my business; I could have reduced my front staff by 75%. Sally Edwards also broke the mould - a manager who returned a call and managed to supply a product that could not be supplied. Work ethic?
In conclusion - Lee Smith rolled up a large snowball that became an avalanche and I have benefitted so much from that
Whether it be new staff, work flow procedures or just changed work ethic; it seems to be working

What a great company to deal with made my life so much easier regarding ordering all my ileostomy products ! My usual supplier the co-op pharmacy were making mistakes and took forever to get my order ready 😩 but thanks to Sharon at Amcare all my problems that I previously had with the co-op have come to an end .
I have nothing but praise for Sharon and the company she works for Amcare group definitely deserve five stars 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haven't been with Amcare for long but my stoma nurse is so lovely, helped me when my bags were leaking all the time, took the time to talk to me and even come to my house to see me.
So glad I changed to Amcare. Supplies ordered arrive quickly.

I have been with Amcare for a couple of years now and am very glad I made the change. I particularly appreciate the fact that I have one to one contact with my own adviser. At the start, she would call me regularly to check everything was working for me. Now I can just send her an email and she will get things organised and let me know when to expect the delivery. I feel like I'm more than just a patient number! Thank you Amcare and special thanks to Gaynor Sammonds.

I had previous been let down by the last company I used. I ordered some samples from Amcare and had a call with Sandra who was awesome. I have had my stoma for over 20 years with no support or stoma nurse and now I have someone on the end of the phone should I need them. Thank you Sandra and Sarah, you have both been amazing and I can't tell you enough how relieved I have felt to have you guys on my side!

Chowdhury family my daughter suffer from IC a rare condition in young children she had it since 3 yrs old we have found out. 8yrs she has a major operation and now uses colostomy bag, I found AMCARE and have been using products AMCARE provides but b4 them we used Bullen 🤔.. AMCARE what u have done for me as a father and for my girl not just them my entire family may ALLAH grant all ur staff peace and happiness…(especially welcome staff she knows who she is)

I work in a care capacity. I was fortunate to speak to Janette Cresswell from Amcare on behalf of one of my service users, regarding his needs.
I could not have asked for a more helpful, professional, thorough and wonderfully pleasant person to deal with.
Quite honestly, in a world of slack or half-hearted customer service Janette was a ray of competent sunshine, combining an amiable, friendly phone manner with knowledge, insight and the ability to make both me and the service user feel we were important.
Janette is very deserving of the five star rating I've given. It's one thing to be pleasant to speak to, it's another thing to not leave a single potential issue unsolved. Janette dud both, and more.

I have been using Amcare for many years now and their service has nearly always been faultless. Their telephone support staff are always friendly and helpful. My order processing has nearly always gone through efficiently. I think I have only had two problems with them in all the years I have used them and these problems were rectified extremely quickly and Amcare went the extra mile to see that I was inconvenienced to the minimum. I always feel that I am dealing with a quality and caring company.
