La RX 6600 no está nada mal y los precios son bastante atractivos, pero los controladores son flojos.

Absolute trash... My experience with amd in work and gaming was doomed when I bought it. Whenever there is an update for adrenaline (driver) the driver will delete itself if I start up the pc or just in the middle of work. You will know when it makes your pc crash or give fps drops from stable 180fps. Considered what my friends and collegues experience basically everything works but the amd. It might be cheaper but it sure as hell comes at a price.

You know, in CPUs, AMD has already won the race for now and most likely will stay there some time. In GPUs, maybe with the next RDNA/UDNA, which was unfortunately delayed like the next Ryzen CPUs.

The weak spot in comparison against NVidia still is the software like AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition (as bad as its naming), the chipset drivers and so forth. There are SO many, many issues; mostly known but still not fixed you think you bought from Creative Labs which inferior bad software and drivers are part of the reason why they are just a niche only today.

On top of that, and that really is the literal bottom of the story, the support you receive is the worst. Yes, it is quick and easy to reach them and they mostly answer in 1-2 days. BUT: the answer are barely worth the read! =(

Instead of trying to understand your issues and help you in solving them, you are send to manufacturers of mainboards and notebooks to get their drivers. They say, those are »better« and maybe even modified.

So, the problem is, that those »manufacturers« mostly don't care to provide recent drivers releases and often only offer YEARS old versions; bugged and with security issue. If you complain, they play the same game and send you over to AMD to get the »generic« driver packages mentioned above. You know, where THAT game ends.

In the end, this is a good advice since it close to always is the ONLY way to get recent drivers. Yet, nobody cares if you have issues. There are dozens over dozens of reports about this very same situation all over the net.

On top of all that, it often happens that Windows Update installes the same ages old driver automatically so this is no solution either but even making everything worse and you have to disable that.

Ich kaufe mir eine 700 Euro teure AMD Grafikkarte und hatte vorher die RTX 3060. Seit ich die habe habe ich nur noch Treiber Timeout. Ich kann nicht mal eine halbe Stunde spielen und dann stürzt das Spiel mit einem Treiber Timeout ab. Ich wär lieber bei der 3060 geblieben wenn ich ehrlich bin. Das ist so eine Frechheit, dass AMD nach so vielen Jahren das immer noch behoben hat. Ich werde mir auch lieber wieder eine Nvidia Grafikkarte kaufen, die das Geld auch wert ist, weil man kann mit den AMD Grafikkarten nur Office Aufgaben machen kann UND NICHT GAMING. Krass das der Treiber bei Office Aufgaben nicht abstürzt. Ich empfehle euch ALLEN Kauft keine Grafikkarten von Nvidia bis sie diesen Fehler behoben haben oder steigt jetzt lieber auf Nvidia um, die sind das Geld wert. Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten Treiber gesehen. Ich weiß es nicht, aber ich würde fast schon sagen, dass selbst die Intel Grafikkarten besser sind. AMD WIRD NIE AN NVIDIA RANKOMMEN! Zumindestens nicht mit diesem Problem.

AMD a plus de mérite que Intel, et le rapport qualité prix qui est meilleur,pour les processeurs généraux et les cartes graphiques. J'espère qu'ils créeront des puces spécialisées pour la recherche en biologie et biotechnologie, vu les problèmes écologiques actuels ! De la même manière qu'il existe des puces spécialisées pour intelligence artificielles, comme les "Language Process Unit" de Grocq ou les "Tensors Process Unit" de Google.

Lamentable servicio de atención al cliente, y lamentable calidad de los componentes... Un procesador de 400€ justo se estropea en cuanto se acaba la garantía... Soluciones, ninguna.. lamentable. Me paso a Intel desde ya.

STÄNDIG Treiber-Timeouts bei AMD Grafikkarten.
Alles Aktuell. Trotzdem nur probleme mit dem Müll.
Als ich nach Hilfe für die Probleme mit AMD Grafikkarten gesucht habe, bekam ich am häufigsten "Die Lösung für das Problem mit dem AMD-Treiber-Timeout ist der Kauf einer Nvidia-Grafikkarte." Und dies werde ich jetzt auch tun. AMD für Gaming leider NICHT mehr zu empfehlen.

Purtroppo ci sono caduto dentro anch'io questa volta. Nella mia vita di cibernautico e estimatore dei simulatori, che con il passare dei decenni si sono evoluti (più che altro simulatori di guida di ogni genere di mezzo di trasporto terrestre e volante) ho sempre apprezzato i prodotti Intel e per il settore delle schede video quelle con i chipset Nvidia. Ho sempre avuto ottimi computer e un paio me li sono assemblati da me stesso, con ottimi risultati. Ora da quasi settantenne la dimestichezza manuale è diventata solo un ricordo, ma un paio di mesi fà si è purtroppo rotto l'ultimo computer che avevo, ottimo ma non assemblato da me, anche se come quello attuale avevo scelto io i vari componenti. Anche questa volta i componenti li ho scelti io, ma su suggerimento di un amico, anche lui appassionato di simulatori di guida e nel suo caso principalmente pilotaggio di aerei. E mi ha consigliato di far asemblare un computer con processore AMD e scheda video della stessa divisione.

Mai scelta è stata da me meno indovinata.

Praticamente un disastro!!!
Ho avuto problemi fin dalla prima mezza giornata che il computer è arrivato al mio domicilio. Non riuscivo neanche a farlo partire e quando, dopo cinque tentativi, si è degnato di mostrarmi quella che si definisce la homepage di Windows 11, non riuscivo a caricare niente.

Per primo volevo caricare il mio client della piattaforma di Steam ma era pressochè impossibile riuscirci.
Poi dopo altri disastri incomprensibili per un computer nuovo, ho dovuto reistallare completamente il sistema operativo, riportando il computer alla situazione di fabbrica, in sostanza.

Poi visto che, pur riuscendo ad installare la piattaforma di Steam, non riuscivo a far partire neanche uno dei simulatori (Train Sim World 2, Transport Fever 2, Space Engine e neanche Hogward Legacy) ho cominciato a trafficare con le versioni precedenti dei driver AMD, avendo scoperto che praticamente la causa principale dei malfunzionamenti dell'intero computer e dei mancati avvii e malfunzionamenti dei simulatori è di fatto provocato dai driver Adrenalit messi insieme col sedere (dovrei scrivere col .... ma sarebbe troppo scurrile 😉 e il sistema non me lo permette!) dagli esperti ingegneri di AMD.

Fareste danni anche solo andando a zappare la terra quindi è meglio che andte a nascodervi, tanto è umiliante a vostro carico l'incapacità di fare qualsiasi cosa, figuriamoci mettere assieme software e drivers soprattutto in grado di far funzionare come si deve un computer.

Non ho mai avuto così tanti problemi con un computer, neanche con il paio che ho comprato nelle catene di supermercati come Mediaworld.

Se un driver di metà 2024 và bene per Transport Fever 2, non và bene per Train Sim World 2 e finora nessuno dei vostri famigerati driver è in grado di far partire Space Engine.

Ne ho trovato uno di inizio 2025 che però esclude la scheda video principale RX 9070 XT e fà funzionare TF2 con la scheda video integrata della scheda madre. Una assurdità tale che solo gente ubriaca sarebbe stata capace di mettere insieme.

Se non siete capaci di fare il vostro lavoro, chiamate dei VERI ingegneri che siano in grado di risolvere i problemi che state provocando ai vostri clienti.

E poi sparatevi!!!

I have a AMD radeon rx 7900 xt and I have continuous problems with driver timeouts. I wrote Mindfactory where I bought it, they say ask AMD, AMD says go to Sapphire, Sapphire says go to the dealer which is Mindfactory again. They all did a very good job... They not helping at all and being useless. No wonder why AI will overtake these jobs someday. I understand why trustpilot gives AMD 2.1 stars I mean what are they gonna do? It's a series problem and if you bought one of these cards for much money they just say **** you. Thank you for nothing

Sends base versions of new graphics cards with ridiculously-low amounts of memory late to reviewers so they (hopefully) have no time to (negatively) review them before the embargo lifts.

Non comprate mai AMD, sulla carta tutto bello, ma i giochi non sono ottimizzati, il pannello adrenalin si blocca va in crash con attivare le prestazioni anche minime, problematiche di stuttering lag aggiornamenti che peggiorano invece che aiutare, se volte giocare nel competitivo MAI E POI MAI COMPRARE AMD NON LO FARò MAI PIU NVIDIA TUTTA LA VITA APPENA AVRO LA POSSIBILITà PASSERO SUBITO, LADRI UMANE CHE NON SIETE ALTRO

Die Treiber werden jedes Update schlechter! Warum kann ich die 0 Umdrehungen der Lüfter nicht ausschalten? Mal geht es, mal geht es nicht. Die Lüfter der AMD karte ist Vergleichbar mit einem Düsenjet. Frechheit was für BILLIG SCHaisse Wir aktuell als Hard und Software bekommen für viel zu viel Kohle.

Their equipment is much better compared to Nvidia, HP, Dell and other high tech companies. IMHO

worked perfectly fine until I updated the drivers. Now most games crash after not even 30 minutes randomly.
Warthunder is now unplayable as 1 in 3 games you crash out of. My nvidia 1070 can still run this game buttery smooth with no issues but my 7900 XTX struggles to run it without crashing. same issue with Plaworld and and other newish games. although games like COD or Hell let loose not a single issue. Seems to be a driver issue, will never buy AMD again, just stick with NVIDIA and intel they are winning the battle with AMD for a reason.

ich habe bis jetzt immer AMD System gehabt aber seit ich auf Am5 umgestiegen bin ist für mich AMD gestorben habe so viel Geld ausgegeben und alles neu gekauft CPU Ryzen 7900 Grafikkarte Rx9070XT Arbeitsspeicher Corsair Fury 6000 Mhz Mainbaord Msi X 670 E- Netzteil 1000 Watt und er stürzt immer beim spielen ab egal auf was ich mein Arbeitsspeicher einstelle Absturz- deswegen steige ich jetzt auf Intel um die sind zwar teurer aber da funktioniert höchsten.

I have the AMD Radeon RX 7900 and for whatever reason the AMD driver software can’t consistently run DOOM 3. A game from over 15 years ago.

Come on guys. The inconsistency in performance between most games I’ve played is pretty dismal. Just going NDVIA next time.

Die CPUs sind spitzen klasse, jedoch sind die GPUs kompletter Müll, da die AMD Software 10/10 schrecklich ist, so sehr das man nur deswegen keine AMD GPUs kaufen sollte
