worse than cheap chinese manufactured goods, cpu lasted only 3 months and now im having to fight the people at "support" who just keep askign for same pics over and over again in an infinte loop. ive been down since 20-23 of dec 22 and it is now 25 jan 23. do yourselves a favor, just buy intel and nvidia, amd products appear to be straight high failure rate short lifespan peices of junk

Cela fait 1 mois que j'ai porté réclamation pour une commande que je n'ai jamais reçu, j'attend toujours... Cela fait 1 mois que j'appel tous les jours et que je les harcèle car oui j ai était débité mais j'ai toujours rien, ni même remboursement ni même mon colis.
Jamais vu un SAV aussi catastrophique que celui ci.
Je vous encourage à ne jamais commander sur cette plateforme.

Ich habe einen Garantiefall eingereicht. Der entsprechende Support ist leider unfähig, eine Rückerstattung durchzuführen. Ich schriebe mit diesem Seit Tagen diverse e-Mails. Es kann offenbar nur eine Erstattung auf eine e-Mailadresse (damals mit PayPal gekauft) erfolgen. Diese musste jedoch zuletzt geändert werden. Es kann laut AMD daher keine Erstattung erfolgen. Ersatz gibt es keinen. Besser man kauft bei einem vertrauenswürdigen Händler und nicht auf der Shopseite von AMD. Da diese dann auch noch in Irland sitzen, macht das Ganze überaus kompliziert. Ich glaube kaum das ich meine 1000€ jemals wiedersehe. Ich habe dann aus Verzweiflung den deutschen Support angeschrieben welche nicht zuständig sind. Diese sind bemüht zu helfen. Daher 2 Sterne. Ich warte also weiter ab. Mühsam und zeitraubend bleibt die Angelegenheit aber trotzdem.
Falls die nächsten Tage keine Einigung zustande kommt, so muss ich eine Schlichtungsstelle aufsuchen oder eine Klage einreichen.
Update: Nach zähem Ringen und 10 weiteren Mails schließlich mit Unterstützung des deutschen Tech-Support sowie Drohung mittels Anwalt und Zitat der eigenen Garantiebestimmungen nun mein Geld erstattet bekommen. +1 Stern. Dank geht an den deutschen Technik-Support und den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter 5 Sterne.

AMD's driver er så simpelthen så ringe og laver hele tiden fejl, og gør at dine spil crasher.
Så spiller du competetive / e-sport, er du sikker på hele tiden at blive bannet for at leave spil, da dine driver hele tiden crasher!

Wie meine etlichen Vorredner musste auch leider ich die Erfahrung machen, dass es bei AMD weder möglich ist defekte Ware erfolgreich zu reklamieren, noch von seinem gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht gebrauch zu machen. Absoluter Saftladen! Nie wieder!

AMD hält sich nicht an die europäischen Rückgabelinien. Diese Firma ist verpflichtet, mir innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist ein Rücksendeetikett auszustellen, will von mir aber irgendwelche Bilder in ganz bestimmten Formaten. Was zur Hölle bringt an dieser Stelle ein Foto eines Kartons, zumal ich nicht mal dazu verpflichtet bin, irgendwelche Fotos zu erstellen. Darüber hinaus macht AMD den Käufer für den Rückversand verantwortlich. Auch hier liegt die Verantwortung bei AMD und nicht beim Käufer. Zusammengefasst ist das definitiv die schlechteste Kundenerfahrung , die ich jemals gemacht habe. Eine AMD Grafikkarte werde ich nie wieder kaufen.

J'ai passé des années chez Nvidia : jamais aucun soucis. Toutes les màj se passent toujours comme prévu, etc. J'ai eu une fois la bonne idée d'acheter une Vega 64 pour économiser 200€ lors d'un update du GPU : que des problèmes de plantage, de mise à jour, de logiciels, de TOUT. Après trois ans de galère je vais enfin repasser chez Nvidia. Fuyez AMD !!!

I love my Ryzen CPU, though my RX series GPU crashes often due to their poor driver coding.

I have plenty history and experience with AMD hardware to say: it's, simply put, the best.

On my 6th grade, my class was required to buy some HP G62 laptops, the majority bought the Intel versions, I was the hipster and bought the different one, the one with radeon graphics and the athlon CPU. And not only it was slightly cheaper... I ran GTA IV, I ran Sniper Elite V2, I ran all that they couldn't run it even made teaching them torrenting and piracy a dull effort. A few years later I bought another with an Intel CPU and an Nvidia GPU, it burnt the first week, the store only could replace it with a Toshiba with the same CPU but with another Radeon GPU, that laptop ran everything, it even helped my Linux journey. Because what could go wrong with Nvidia and Linux with me, a kid, learning in the 9th grade?
Few, years later? Ryzen launch. And Polaris was still a reliable, cheap and great card. I made bank, recommending builds.
Then, another few years later, my desktop, a Vermeer hexacore (5600X), low power beast (65w), easy to undervolt and overclock with PBO2 in the stock cooler and a 6700XT built by Sapphire... All I can say, price to performance crown, performance crown and I am the one who knocks in my neighborhood.

The only thing you need is to improve ROCm, make it plug and play, I shouldn't have to recompile it to with a custom flag to indicate that my GPU (your own hardware) should be included. It would make our life researchers easier and really appreciate it. Gaming tho? Cyberpunk sends its regards maxing the 165hz monitor with Freesync.

Also, my friends whom I migrated their peasant ass from the console lands to the PC master race kingdom are also using all AMD builds. When they say "although this is better, but I still enjoyed myself with the console", I reply "AMD made the chip so I bet". Most recently it was last month.

My only regret is not buying your stock when it was almost 3 bucks and I had around 270 from my christmas and birthday gifts. I wanted to but adults, and your peers "what do you even know about it, buy a phone or something"; turns out I knew much.

Worst Products and management software.
Imagine having to update graphics drivers every week which takes longer than 10 minutes. Not only but it also crashed your games sometimes. I wish I went with a RTX graphics card instead

Tengo un ryzen, y va perfecto. Calidad - Precio invatible (almenos en el momento en el que lo compre, puede cambiar la cosa), va perfecto y lo utilizo para edición, juegos...

Every update basically lowers the performance, there developers are so bad that perhaps they would be better off without even trying. I have wasted about 200 hours this year uploading drivers, removing old ones and then doing it again everytime they update their drivers for supposed better performance. As for their excuse that its a windows issue, well your directly tied to windows pc performance if you cant get your drivers to work with windows why even exist outside of people wasting money and not going nvidia. A complete joke of a company. Can't wait to downgrade while upgrading and going Intel/nvidia. So Frustrating!

Absolutely terrible.
Bought a RX 6400 not long ago and the drivers refuse to install so I attempted to contact support about 4-7 days ago and they still have not gotten back to me.
AMD is awful and if anyone is even considering buying an AMD graphics card, please don't. NVIDIA has higher pricing but the quality is so much higher.

Le materiel est bon et peu cher (pour ma part ryzen 3 3100 et rx 5600xt) et fonctionne globalement bien, mais le probleme n'est pas le composant mes les logiciels (pilotes graphique par exemple) qui sont nul, je ne peut presque plus utiliser mon pc sans crash juste parce que les pilotes ne charge plus. Bref acheter pas tant qu'ils feront pas de meilleur pilotes graphique.

Besitze nun schon 1 1/2 Jahre einen PC mit der RX 5700 XT und bereue jeden Moment seit dem ich mich für dieses System entschieden habe.

Man kann zwar zocken und dinge machen aber dann kommt AMD lausige Software, hängt sich mal Täglich auf oder 1 woche garnicht... Aber alles im allem, hängt nur der Grafikkarten Treiber.
Wenn man nach Fehler googelt ist es jedem bekannt und dennoch wird die karte weiterhin in so lausiger qualität verkauft, fällt für mich eigentlich schon unter Scamm :) eindeutig Finger weg

I bought a rx 5600xt few months back and this has been the worst experience I have even had with drivers. Crashes so often I spend more time restarting my PC than playing games. As soon as I get some money I am throwing this trash card in the bin and I am getting Nvidia gpu. I have never regreted buying a product so much in my entire life.
