I bought a wardrobe , very nice .handyman fixed it . Very professional people. Definitely will business again .

Me and my family visited AMF furniture this morning.

We found a sofa we liked the shape but not the colour.
We were told by the members of staff we could choose any colour or fabric from the charts they had on the wall.

We settled on a lovely blue velvet covering thinking that we would most likely to have to wait a few weeks for delivery.

We explained that we had recently moved into a property and our sofa we had would not fit into the new property and we were sitting on cushions on the floor.
The guys said they would make some phone calls to our surprise they managed to get it manufactured and sent to us the same day.

The sofa arrived the evening the driver was very professional and insisted on coming in and built the sofa.

Could not be happier or ask for more...
Would highly recommend AMF furniture 5 star treatment.

Ordered two days ago my sofa and delivered very fast very professional way highly recommend

Ordered a sofa set and said on order form 2-10 working day delivery. Get to near the end of that period and had had no notification re delivery etc so called up to be told they had cancelled the order on receipts as they don’t deliver outside of London or that general area and had emailed me about it.

No emails received whatsoever and coincidentally no refund had been processed.

When i spoke to them they said they would issue a refund after i prompted it to be done.

They did sod all and i had to eacalate via Paypal to get a refund which i got a month later due to no response from AMF.

I’m a Muslim and this is not how you do business - i accept mistakes happen but the fact they lied and used delay tactics in issuing a refund to a fellow muslim makes you think how they treat their customers.

I reordered from another firm and had that sofa delivered before even receiving the AMF refund.

Avoid!!

Delivery was awful, got given multiple delivery times and then each one was cancelled last minute, told me his manager would ring and never did, the actual company itself operate through a mobile number which isn’t answered professionally at all, also multiple different emails for them, paid £629 for the Verona High Back Corner.. beautiful looking but a brick wall would be comfier, worst mistake ever, and have been ignored since it got abandoned on my landing, they’ve also damaged my front door and stairs bringing it in, and despite the 3 messages and email sent I have had no response, apology or compensation. Do not recommend at all.

First point was delivered earlier than expected which is good but not with a few hours notice esp when i had to leave work..2nd my partner had to help the one man delivery driver for a 3 seater and 2 seater set.didnt take away packaging when it stated they do.no paper work what so ever not even for the warranty.took cash on delivery and scarped.only positive is that the sofa is lovely

Sent the wrong part of the sofa, 2 weeks later delivered the right bit.
Delivery after 9pm at night so had to leave work for the 2 guys to mess around and chat in my home wasting time.
Now because i was forced to file a claim because i was getting fobbed off i have had 16 phone calls, nermorous messages, whatsapp 1 which he says hes coming to my address at 9pm tonight so ive had to notify them and kept screenshots of these messages.
Not the best of experiences to be honest!

Wish i bought the sofa elsewhere or from a proper store.
