Looked after my house move surprisingly quickly and good value for money.

Had the pleasure of dealing with AMT recently. My worries about dealing with a long distance sale on behalf of elderly parents were unfounded. Very professional service keeping me updated regularly.

Neelam Husain was brilliant from start to finish of taking over my file.
There was never a time that I didn’t hear back immediately or when ringing, I was always called back or emailed with updates. All other members of staff under Neelam were also really lovely and helpful.

The only reason I have given 4 stars is because my case was handled by another solicitor at first who left with out notice and I was emailing with out any idea she had left and my file wasn’t picked up for just over 2 weeks. I do feel this had a domino affect on the time taken to get my sale over the line. However as above Neelam was great once picked up.

Just for AMT in general some feedback would be to ensure there is a contingency plan for if someone does leave like my original solicitor. So that files are continued to be handled.
