Totally bewildered..
I have loved everything about this company that i have been with for the last 9 months,until my last delivery of my serum in a cream.
I simply don't understand how it has only lasted me 2 weeks.
I became upset as after 2 weeks and spending £29.99 the
capsule was completely empty.
Unfortunately now for the next 2 weeks I have no treatment for my night time skincare...
I can't afford another £29.99.
They had it right in the very beginning of their launch.
They shouldn't have messed with the sizes.
I am seriously considering if to continue my subscription or cancel.
Disappointed customer.

My skin became red and very sore
My skin became red and very sore. Looking at ingredients there are some that I would not recommend.
Also, after finishing bottle on my feet, I took it apart to recycle to see that it had a significant smaller inner bottle. I find this practice deceptive.
I would not recommend.

Very happy customer
I've been using The serum-in-a cream since May now and it has really made a difference to my 46 year old skin! I'm not surprised though, I used Skin+ME and few years ago and was genuinely quite shocked at the difference it made to my skin, so knew this would be fantastic. I love that it targets women around my age. It really is a beautiful serum/cream and feels very luxurious on the skin. I've also starting using the cleanser, which smells DIVINE (the scent isn't strong though, but beautifully subtle) and feels gorgeous. Love the fact that it gets delivered each month, very convenient!
I've also found the customer service excellent. I highly recommend AndBegin, I'm so happy with it !

Disappointing start
Having cancelled Skin+Me which I found ineffective and also frustrating to deal with customer service, I went through the consultation process with And Begins.
Had some simple questions/requests immediately after this so emailed straight away and found them completely helpless on the simplest things. Actually - almost a carbon copy of Skin+Me which makes me wonder…
Asked only for my delivery date to be updated while my prescription was being decided upon, and also for notes to be provided to the dermatology team to ensure my prescription was going to be right for me. Point blank no on both points despite getting in touch immediately. For my prescription the only option is to get my first order and see if I’m unhappy rather than send my notes to the team who are supposed to be working on the prescription as we speak.
Based on this experience alone quite tempted to cancel straight off.

Do not do not…order from this company they are LIARS and should the courier deliver your order to the WRONG address and it gets stolen and being DO NOT CARE..on 25.10.24 I was at home the courier delivered my order to a wrong address and begin knows about this and all I keep hearing from them is lie after lie it’s been a week ago since I heard empty words and promises and nothing since night even my refund I’m going to take this further..And begin are nothing but an uncaring company whose staff LIE and DONT CARE.,.DONT ORDER from them if your delivery is sent to a wrong add that’s your personal details out in the open
