2nd week sore, red eyes with inflammation
First week was great with no problems. This week I’ve got very red sore eyes, below the eyebrows and around the general eye area. Also between the eyes on forehead and bridge of nose has broke out in sore spots. Have requested to cancel my subscription. Let’s hope they do it!

Refused day cream without specific reason
I did the survey for both day and night cream. I received the night cream but was rejected for the day. The email I received did not give me the exact details as to why which is very disappointing. I was advised to speak to my doctor which seems very extreme

Absolutely disgusted with this company! I ordered one eye cream online, then was sent subjected to constant payments of £19.99 from my card. The actual item I ordered was only £12. I’ve written an email but cannot get through as it’s not a valid email address. AVPID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT TYEK TAKING MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!!

We usually advise that it can take customers up to 12 weeks before they begin to see a difference. It may be a little too soon to have seen results just yet.
