I ordered four chairs over three weeks ago and still am waiting on an email saying that they have shipped. I have emailed the company multiple times asking for order updates with no reply. I called the customer service number for this so called USA based company but the call went to china and no one answered.

The bar stools I purchased had scratches and dents all over them. I reached out to complain and received no response! Customer service does not exist apparently.

I received my furniture earlier than expected, was packed perfectly so avoid damage, tools were attached with red string that was easy to find❣️❣️❣️ Thank you so much! London

Great, quality product. Good customer service. If you email them, they will respond in a timely manner.

The chairs arrived and they are not swivel like I ordered. I would like to return them and try to buy the swivel again. I can’t figure out how to do that. The return process is not easy.

I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. They sold me a chair and two months later we still had not received it. I emailed them and asked when I would get my chair and was told that I wouldn’t but they would be happy to refund my money. They were happy to keep my money for as long as I didn’t say anything. You shouldn’t have to babysit your orders. Don’t sell items you don’t have. If orders can’t be shipped, send a timely email notifying the customer and provide them with a full refund and a little gift card. Don’t just keep people’s money and hope they forget.

Product is good, only got half the order when it came. Had to wait until the next week for the rest of the one order. The other part of the order came after the event it was ordered for.

Great product. They are pretty sturdy. My hubby is pretty big and stool holds him. They are smaller than I expected, but I love them!!!

Love the metal stools. They are just what I wanted. Quality is good as well.

Love the chairs, they came in fast all of them are perfect, there was just one thing I wanted 24 inch but was sent 26 inches. It's OK because they worked and I really didn't want to send them back. All un all for me it's still a 5 star they are what I wanted. Thank you.

I was shocked that a set of 4 barstools for under $200 is so sturdy and easy to assemble! It is exactly as expected and is great quality. Definitely worth the buy!

Counter stools came within days after ordering. Good quality, study, easy to put together (just screw on the seat!). Look and fit perfectly in the space. Good quality for the money.

I got a seatee with 3 legs. Say no more. Now I can't get ahold of them.

Great Product. They were back ordered when I bought them took a little longer to come in but worth the wait.
