My order from this company was delivered today. I am extremely happy with the quality of my furniture and with the service of both Andrew Martin and their delivery company. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Andrew Martin, as ever a lovely company to work with! From the showroom selecting, to delivery on site. Aiding with sample requirements, pricing and stock updates. Good quality, a relaxed aesthetic - but so very stylish! Thank you to David, in the TCR showroom & to the delivery guys. And as always, who doesn't love an A.M cushion! Best, lucyb home

Great cushions , quality as expected and the feather pad is really full giving good support .

Paper was expensive and that was in a sale. Didn’t look as it did on website.
Use UPS who didn’t deliver when agreed a date only to be out and then had to trek miles to where they left it. Too expensive for what it was.

I ordered some samples first and they cane very quickly and were a good size so I could see the design clearly. I then ordered my chosen fabric which came earlier than expected. A quick and efficient service all round!

Ordering is always easy, Then contacted with lots of pictures to choose what petrified wood side table I wanted; extra photos were even sent after I requested more detailed ones. Delivery guys were great. I will buy from Andrew Martin again.

Delighted with my 4 cushions! I would to see more choice of the smaller sizes though. The 55 x 55 are just too large for my sofas. Regardless, I’m very happy with them. Great quality too. Oh.. and speedy delivery as well!

This would be a one star review if it wasn’t for a bloody good sofa.

Deliverers carried the parcel upstairs and would have unpacked it for us if we wanted them to.

I bought a chair and it cost £1500 water was spilt in the chair and a stain appeared. Contacted Andrew Martin and this was the reply - I'm afraid this now cannot be returned to the acid wash colour of the chair. You could ask an upholstery cleaner to clean the whole chair and this would even the colour out. very unhelpful!!! No more purchases from this company.
And your reply isn’t helpful had I known the chair at £1500 was temperamental to water I would not have purchased it !!!
