Any experience that I have had with…

Any experience that I have had with AngliaDNA has been positive, especially the help, advice and concern expressed by members of staff. i have used their self test covid kits with a direct personal return to AngliaDNA in Coltishall, Norfolk. Results have been received from my tests in a timely manner and the help that Amanda gave me a few days ago was outstanding customer service. If you are in Norfolk, this is the way to go. I would highly recommend!

AVOID. Complete test scam.

We relocated to the UK at the end of April and purchased our Days 2 and 8 COVID tests from Anglia, picking them randomly off the UK government list of approved vendors. Our tests never arrived. We made numerous phone calls (one per day, beginning with the no-show of the first test) and were told over and over again that they would be expedited the next day, they were arriving the next day, tracking showed they would be there the next day. Neither mine nor my partner’s ever arrived so we ended up having to get tests from the NHS.

Getting a refund was equally a nightmare. It took multiple communications, with me providing my order # and details every time… and then they issued a refund for one set of tests only, when we had purchased two sets. More communication followed before I was finally refunded the full amount.

Absolutely terrible. I am completely unsurprised that this is now becoming a larger scandal because UK folks are trying to travel and use these required tests. I reported them to the government, as well, since they were on the government’s “approved” list. Opportunistic company taking advantage of government requirements and abusing the NHS to make up for their behaviour.

Anglia DNA Test Kits - SCAM

I booked Day 2 and Day 8 kits for myself and my family (5 in all) for a sum of £890 for our return to quarantine from a trip to France . Obviously Anglia DNA are on the .GOV website so made the (naive) assumption that they must (all??) have been vetted some some extent to be on there in the first place.

I received my Day 2 kit at 6pm on Day 2 (after the last post) so could only take the test on Day 3. The Day 2 kits for my wife and 3 kids did not arrive. I emailed ADNA immediately to ask where the kits were. They apologised and said they ‘were very’ busy and that they would Special Delivery them out to us on Day 3. They did not arrive until Day 4 (after last post) so eventually my family did their tests on Day 5 making a mockery of the C-19 testing process. That was just the beginning!
I got my all clear from the ‘day 2’ test on day 5. My family got no results at all. All the time we were called by Test and Trace and I had to say, yes we are isolating but no, we are not all tested!
Day 8 came and went, with no test kits for any of us. I had emailed every day and spent 20 mins on hold on the phone twice in order to speak to someone. Nothing.
My day 8 kit arrived on day 11 😂 and I binned it having arranged free lateral flow tests to be delivered to my house to ensure my kids could go back to school on the 19th April. To this day my wife and kids’ day 8 kits were not delivered.
Total shambles and total SCAM. Do not use this ‘organisation’. I want a full refund but can see no way to pursue this unless this string gathers pace and we put pressure on ADNA through social media and the press as there’s clearly a massive problem with some of these companies coming out now.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This company is a scam despite being on the government list of approved test providers. My Day-2 test arrived without a return post sticker so had to pay the postage myself! My Day-8 test never arrived at all! Their phone is never answered despite waiting for an hour each time and they have not responded to my many emails. I thought I’d be good and support my local provider but no way will I use them again. I even contacted UK Government but they say they haven’t time to respond!! If you take anything from the many negative reviews on here - DO NOT USE!!!

Day 2 becomes Day 13, 14, 15....

Ordered and paid for the day 2 and day 8 test as required by COVID-19 regulations. Day 2 test arrived promptly and was given the all clear the following day. However, the day 8 test never arrived, so sent an email and got acknowledgement of receipt (which would be responded to within 48 hours). Did try to call, but gave up holding after 20 minutes, tried another email after 48 hours. Never heard anything more! So day 2 becomes day 13 and expect that to increase as they are obviously just scamming everyone.

It is a government regulation to have both tests and Anglia DNA are “listed” on the .gov website. How can we stop Covid-19 coming to our shores if companies like this don’t follow the guidelines?

Have placed the charge on my credit card as “in dispute” so they won’t get their money as they are clearly in breach of contract- recommend everyone who has been scammed do the same.

Absolute fraud! Avoid!

My letter to them (still have no answer):
"Your service is a fraud and I would like to receive the amount i paid you back on my account.
On 5th of April I have ordered day 2/8 covid test from you. The first thing I noticed was that you didn't displayed any delivery address in your order confirmation letter. I had to contact you by phone and later been asked to send you an email to tell you the address for the delivery...I wonder what would happen if I didn't?
My quarantine started on 7th of April and on the 8th (the second day) I didn't receive any test still.
On 8th of April I called you by phone waiting 23 minutes to be answered and the person told me that the test will be sent "soon"...
I have received the "day 2" test on the 10th of April - the day 4 of my quarantine! The late date prevented me to make "test to release" because I didn't know the result of my "day 2" test still..
After I waited for the result three days I called you by phone on 13th of April and been kept on your line 35 minutes!!! before been answered.
The person answered didn't explain why i have no result still and used same routine apology that you "have been busy". I told him that the next day- 14th of April is my day 8th of quarantine and I expect the second test to arrive on time. He promised me that will happen.
None of that happened.
I have received the result of my "day 2" on 16th of April - 6 days after the test, and demanded by a call...
Today is 20th of April. Six days after the "day 8" test date and four days after I have finished my quarantine,and I am still waiting for your test...
Don't bother to send any. Obviously there is NO POINT.
No more calls and emails. I am sick to lose my time with you.
Just refund the 169.00 pounds you have taken from me because you didn't deliver the service promised!
I will give you one week time.
I am deeply frustrated of your froud and I will contact the authorities and media in case you refuse to do so ."

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, please. I am on day 9th of quarantine and haven't received yet the kit. I called the customer service and they said maybe I'll receive it today or tomorrow. They don't know. Then I have to wait 2 days for the result to arrive. It's very frustrating and they don't care at all despite the fact that I paid more than 100 pounds for a terrible service.

Terrible service from Angliadna.

I bought the day two and eight travel package from Angliadna. Yes this is one of the cheapest, however it was still £169.

There was an issue with the first delivery, it had been forced through the letter box by an over excited postman. The original package with my address was missing and the box damaged and the contents all over the floor. I tried to contact Angliadna, on their covid testing help line. I tried 5 or 6 times on hold each time for 30 minutes before putting the phone down. They have a message on there to email any queries. I called another Angliadna contact number, which was for there alcohol and drugs test helpline. This had little queuing their agent said he wasn't part of the covid test helpline, but would help as best he could. A new test arrived the following day.

On day two I took the test and returned it to Angliadn via a priority post box. After two days of waiting I'd not received the results, same issues with the covid test phone line, unable to get through. 5 full days after the test and multiple hours on the phone with no luck I called the drug and alcohol line again, they said the result wasn't back yet. As this was day seven, I also informed them I had not received the test for day 8. They said the would inform the department. I finally got the result at 11pm on day 7.

I also emailed the department (still no reply even though its 6 days later).

The test didn't arrive on day 8, again I had to call up and tried contacting them through Facebook messenger. I had a reply on the 9th day (still nothing posted) they said they would send a courier, who will wait while I take the test and take it when it was complete. The courier came at 6pm but said he had no instructions to wait and he left. With it being the 9th day I'd contacted the NHS test and trace and organised a test through them, this was done before I had info a courier was going to deliver a test.

I took the NHS test, not the Angliadna, as that was late and the time to get the results was too long, 5 days after they received the test.

I've also received a test kit on day 10 and 2 on day 11 from Angliadna.

This service was terrible, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I've sent a request for a refund on day 9, as I didn't have the test kit for day 8.

I've had to extend the isolation for an extra day, as you either have to have a day 8 result to complete your isolation, no result then you have to isolate up to day 14 or when you get the result.

They need to sort out the methods of communication, the speed that they test and give the results. Also the distribution of test kits. They have sent too many too late.

Angliadna if you read this, please sort my refund out.

AVOID THEM !!!

If you're hoping to get out of quarantine early (Test to release) don't pin you hopes on this sham of a company. My Day 5 (test to release) test has still not arrived (now day 6). Equally i'm still waiting for the day 2 test results. They were quick at taking my cash though.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Still no result from day 2 test on day 6, day 5 test hasn’t been delivered at all (I ordered a day2/day8 and test to release bundle), emails are never answered, can’t get through on the phone. It is a shame that the U.K. government has such companies on its list of providers.

1 star is way too many. Absolute disaster of a company. Day 2 testing kit arrived on day 5. Day 8 testing kit yet to arrive (day 11 now). Good luck trying to contact them, no answer on the phone and they do not reply to emails. Have contacted gov.uk to have them removed from list of suppliers.

Covid Scam

Booked myself Travel Test Package and Test to Release Bundle. Sent them an email on my second day of quarantine to ask how long it will take to receive my Kits. Obviously no answer to that, 6 days later. Called them several times. Either the line is busy, either I wait like an idiot 30 mins+ without an answer. Can’t wait to go through 10 days of Quarantine to only receive my Kits on the last day :)) Avoid at all costs!!!!

Pathetic - tried to order a Travel Test Kit and their website stuck - a few time at that - missed my flight but learnt that AngliaDna is an utter disgrace AVOID
