Phoned surgery, would like to thank the lady I spoke to,I have a 94 year old mother and some advice. She efficient and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised I managed to get through on the phone. Not everyone is technically minded,Please don't forget that. Thank you once again.

Incredibly quick response and effective plan executed by professionals every time. My wife filled out request via Anima and was called 10 later for appointment which led to quick diagnosis and effective treatment. I had reason to contact Lonsdale recently also and again, quickly after I completed the online Anima request, it was read, I was contacted and my needs discussed and a solution found. Lonsdale are always understanding, professional, quick and effective, couldn’t rate them higher.

Information can be sent and quickly dealt with very effectively

I filled in an Anima request at about 5pm for an alternative medication and had a call from the doctor within about 15 minutes to discuss it. It couldn't have been a quicker response!! Brilliant.

The application is very easy to use, you can quickly send information and I like that the doctor provides the help they need very quickly. Thank you very much.

Just want to say a massive thank you for the wonderful service provided by Dr Lobb today. I received a same day appointment at Winscombe with follow up appointment for tests at another practice within three hours of the first.
All the staff were caring and talked me through the medication I will be taking.
The NHS at is best.

I am sure the Anima service is working, but like anything else it plays up sometimes. So I gave it a 4 stars. I know it will improves.

I've been with the practise for over 60 years they deal with all my issues and always find away to help and support me I've always been able to see a doctor face to face when need

Fabulous experience, after concern rose around potential ear infection by pharmacy seen about hour and half later by nurse practitioner.

After getting to grips with it, I find all my problems/issues/concerns have been answered within a day. I have had appointments arranged, advice given and advised respectfully.

Brilliant experience! Receptionist was really kind and helpful, I received a response within 2 hours with complete resolution to my concerns - thank you Hanham surgery you were brilliant 🤩

Anima is working well for me so far and the response time is good. However, the form questions could be improved somewhat.

I had a very quick reply to my message, information given very comprehensive.

My first time using ap. I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST. BUT FILLED IT IN AS HOSPITAL ADVIISED ME TO SEE GP.
ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES TO FILL IN. GOT A MESSAGE BACK QUICKLY. A PHONE CALL TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT . And I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY. Which I am very grateful for. I THINK THIS WILL BE AN EXCELLENT SYSTEM THAT OUR COMMUNITY SHOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR I sincerely hope people do not abuse this system . Thank Argyle surgery for their help today.

As usual, excellent and quick response using Anima. I cannot fault it or the Surgery. I have always received the highest level of care. Much appreciated.
