My print was framed perfectly and…
My print was framed perfectly and arrived within 3 days. It was very carefully packaged so arrived in perfect condition. I looked as good in reality as on the web site. Excellent service. Will definitely order again and recommend Animato.

Easy process online…
I just bought digital gift vouchers but the online purchase was simple and the vouchers arrived in my mail inbox immediately. My only niggle, and it's a small one, was that I wanted one £40 voucher and received 4x£10 vouchers.

Cracked frame - No replies to emails
Picture arrived with a cracked frame. Emailed the customer support email but never received a reply. Seems that this company is happy to deal with you until something goes wrong.

Great company, let down by courier
Absolutely no complaints about the print or the company. Print was well wrapped with tissue paper and in a thick cardboard tube.
Star removed as it still arrived damaged, but that was undoubtedly the courier and not Animato.

THe Christmas pixie had caused havok in…
THe Christmas pixie had caused havok in the orders despatch room, which resulted in me receiving the wrong picture!
But the brilliant Animato elves rectified the order and made sure I was sent the correct picture before I cried.
They even gave me a partial refund.
Very good service as always 👍
I love the Japanese art and the quality is fabulous.
Sensible packaging too .
