If I could give more stars I would! Amazing!!!

I ordered the item in January 2024 as a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday was in mid Feb. A week prior to her birthday, the Shop app was still showing not shipped, only ‘ordered’. I emailed them and queried it, but got no reply, emailed again, no reply. Emailed again requesting a refund as the item had not been dispatched. Finally got a response at the end of Feb saying there was a problem with shipping and the item wouldn’t be posted out until end of March. End of March came and went, still no movement on delivery. Emailed again, was told it would be end of April. End of April came and went and finally got a positive response about shipping and I received the item mid May.

Very, very, very disappointed with initial communication, dismayed at no delivery and genuinely thought the item would never come. I requested a full refund twice but this was never acknowledged. Will not be using this store again.

I tiny bit long on the send off but it was the holidays so it makes sense.

The goods arrived late but was not all due to seller.. communication was very poor.. I had to do all the chasing to find out where my order was.. I think communication really needs to b better just to keep the customer up to date with the delivery and delays.. but the order was well packed and in perfect condition when it did arrive

The seller got back in touch with me after Christmas and was incredibly apologetic about the lack of communication, explained that the product had been further delayed by their supplier and offered me a full refund which I received very quickly. I'm very glad as this store had been great for me in the past, this is the only issue I'd ever had and I was really hoping this would get resolved so I have changed my review to reflect this.

I'm really disappointed as I have always had brilliant service in the past from this company and this is the first time I've had an issue.
I preordered an item in April from the website that was due for release September and I was informed in September that it was delayed until October/November and I said that was fine and I'll wait for it, so I'm not counting this as the beginning of my bad experience.

However, I emailed again in November and received no reply. It's now December and I haven't recieved the product or any communication.
I have emailed them twice again, contacted them on Instagram profile and their eBay store and have had no reply as of writing this review. PayPal will not refund me either as the original transaction was too long ago.

I'm really disappointed I've had a lot of items from Anime Emporium, both from their website and eBay store in the past and the service was wonderful, so I don't know what has happened lately.

I really hope they can go back to being a more reliable store and this is just a rough patch, I don't feel confident in ordering from the website or their eBay until then.

They advertised an item, then without warning stopped selling it, after taking my money and they don't even bother replying to messages, when asking what happened to my order

They were great conditions and quality I love them sm! Their in my collection now!
