I have ordered two figures from here, one preorder (not released yet) and a back order of the abundent harvest Holo. The figure arrived within about 4 - 5 days with a tracking number the price of the figure I personally find great, the website works as it should. The figure arrived in the box sealed with plenty of packaging protection, and the figure is an official figure, majorly happy with my purchase and will shop here again.

Absolutely ZERO response to emails. Item was shown as in stock at time of ordering and now shows out of stock - now onto 2nd day and the item SHOULD be shipped today at the latest. I have no confidence that it will - Paypal dispute incoming...

Great communication. Kept me up to date on my order as it progressed when I emailed a couple of times asking for updates about it. It was slightly delayed but they updated the product listing to reflect this so I was aware. Arrived exactly when I expected it to. Soon receiving another order and expect it will be the same experience again. 10/10

The item arrived promptly from a pre-order. I did have to contact them for an update, but the item was shipped the day after, and customer service was great. Can't complain; will be buying from again.

Overall, I had little issue with their services. The figure, shipped internationally, arrived undamaged and in a relatively timely manner once it was actually sent. Their customer service has been helpful as well in prolonging my payment schedule upon request. The main problem for which I must sadly deduct one star is the nearly 2 month delay in actually shipping out the order.

While their site has suggested september 2025 as the shipping month, it wasn't until December of that year that I've been notified they're ready to ship. I can't say whether it was a fault of Hobby Figures, the manufacturer or one of the shipping companies, but this issue had me displeased at the time.

Overall, with all of the above in mind, I'd definitely recommend their services if you're okay with waiting.
