Stunningly gorgeous dress
It did get lost in the mail but thankfully it was found and the dress is absolutely gorgeous and fits well. I have a longer torso and I got the Jasmyne gown and honestly it fit really fantastically for being bought online. Order in advance just in case but really well made and soft on the inside and overall satisfied with my purchase.

LOVE IT!
I’ve been looking everywhere for a good ball dress website, with reasonable prices and quick delivery. A&N Luxe Label is the best one I’ve come across!!! The dresses are so pretty and I was so stressed it wouldn’t come in time for my ball but I got it a week later. I would highly recommend. It’s got good fabric and strength. A small con is that some of the dresses are longer then expected. But would still recommend.

Show-stopper dresses!!!😍
Purchased the Lilou Beaded Gown for an event and it arrived so much faster than I had anticipated! The dress itself is an extremely comfortable material, a show-stopper, got so many compliments on it!!! The only minor issue is that some of the beads kept falling off but besides that I would definitely repurchase & will be purchasing other gowns from this company in the future!!❤️

Unwanted dress
Have ordered many dresses from this site with no worries at all.
But my last order they sent a totally different dress to what I ordered, as what I ordered was out of stock..
Instead of informing me about situation.
So now I have to take the day of work to be able to get to a post office So that the dress can be returned at my cost to be able to receive a refund.

As per the email communication between us, we are extremely apologetic the incorrect style has been sent as this is not our normal process. You mentioned yourself, that you have ordered many styles from us with no issues.
After you reached out to our customer care team regarding your order, a prompt response was provided apologising for the error as it was not intentional, at all. The mix up was between two styles that are extremely similar and only feature different back and sequin pattern.
In the event a gown is sold out, we reach out to the customer prior to shipment to provide them alternative options or a refund. We do not just ship anything and hope the customer does not notice as you stated over email. We never intentionally mislead or lie to customers and we did not appreciate being told via email that this was done on purpose. It would be truly illogical as a business to do this, especially to returning customers like yourself who have been so supportive of us.
We are sorry the incorrect gown was sent as this was an error on our end and we have taken full responsibility for it. We have been extremely apologetic since this occurrence and will be fully reimbursing you for the error.
However, as a business, we hope you can understand this refund cannot be processed until the style you received is back in our warehouse. In addition to this, as stated via email you will also be refunded in full for the return costs you incur.
Again, we are beyond sorry and we look forward to rectifying this issue with you as soon as possible.

Amazing amazing AMAZING!
Delivery was faster than expected - when I bought the dress it said it would be dispatched June 22, but arrived June 10! The service was also amazing, their response to my email was within 30 minutes of sending them an enquiry. The dress itself is absolutely stunning, and true to size. A bit longer than expected but can be altered easily. Would highly recommend this company!

Gorgeous with great sizing.
My dress fits beautifully, I was quite concerned it would be too small. However it’s thick and great quality, yet slightly stretchy material that smoothes out the body.

Ciara Gown made me feel like a princess!
I was kind of skeptical about ordering off this page, but then I started reading reviews and I also even contacted one of the girls that use one of the gowns. I felt more relieved. Afterwords, I ended up ordering the Ciara gown dress and when I got it WOW, just wow! It was elegant, classy, stunning all in one! I wanted to feel amazing about myself and it was all accomplished. I also received it within a week of purchase. I ended up not being able to wear it for prom because it was canceled due to COVID-19, yet nothing stopped me from looking stunning for at least some pictures with my boyfriend. I really do recommend ordering off of A&N Luxe Label if you want to feel like a stunning elegant princess!

It arrived quickly too!! I will definitely be buying more dresses. I highly recommend to every girl out there looking for that stunning dress for that special occasion. They have a variety of styles for different occasions. You can’t go wrong with A & N. One thing that also impressed me was the quality control checklist that cane with the dress. It had been lovingly checked to ensure there were no faults with the dress.
