My order took a long time to arrive due to Covid-19, but I received incredible customer service. Once my gown was shipped post production it arrived quickly and was of the highest quality. Would highly recommend.

Janice Gown in White = amazing!
dress was beautiful and i received so many compliments! shipping was super fast and the dress was super easy to have altered. i’m only giving 4 stars bc i was going to exchange for a smaller size, but shipping costs were upwards of $200 (nearly as much as the dress) and so not worth it. if you’re a US size 2/4 definitely get an XXS or XS when buying this dress!!

Amazing
The dress fit really well and the material was very high quality. It was also comfortable and easy to dance and walk around in. I got so many compliments on my dress and felt amazing in it!

Fitted my perfect 5’0 100 pound frame perfect and arrived before the stated arrival. The dress had a corn chip smell to it and would not go away even after letting it air out for a week on my balcony. I ordered the black velvet dress for my engagement photos and it was a success minus the smell. I didn't have time to send it back because I was afraid I would be stuck with out a dress. But overall it was Great! Hopefully, my next dress purchase with this company won't be a corn chip smell.

Excellent customer service AND a stunning dress!
Updated 5/4/20: Final update...5 stars for customer service AND 5 stars for the dress itself...I'd actually rate it higher if I could. I received it today and it is EXACTLY as it appears in the pictures on the website...simply stunning. Very well made, went by A & N's size guide and it fits like a glove. As other reviews have noted, will likely need hemmed about an inch--5'8" with 2.5" heels and it is just slightly long--although with the train, it isn't really even obvious (this is the Zerlina gown.) The quality for the price is excellent. I am beyond thrilled with this purchase. Thank you A & N...I'll be returning to you for future formal dresses.
Updated 4/28/20: I very much appreciate the quick and thorough follow-up as can be seen below and as received via email earlier today (along with the tracking information.) I also note the updated information on your website regarding potential delays in delivery--although I have already made the purchase, I still appreciate that the information is now reflective of what can actually be anticipated. While understanding that COVID-19 has impacted many businesses, it simply isn't possible for international customers to know which businesses have been impacted nor how severely, so accuracy of information as shared by the company is very important in helping to make decisions. How quickly you've addressed this and the thoroughness of your explanation says a lot about the integrity of your company and its focus on the customer. I am looking forward to receiving what looks to be a beautiful dress in the near future. I will update again regarding the dress itself once I receive it, but for now, 5 stars is earned from me for your excellent customer service, and especially so in light of the challenges being faced by the company.
4/23/20: This review will be updated pending how this issue is addressed in the upcoming weeks.
Be aware that the statement on their website that their shipping is unaffected by COVID-19 is FALSE. I placed an order on 3/23/20 with anticipated arrival mid-April. It is 4/23/20 and having heard nothing, I emailed yesterday and followed up via phone today. Per the customer service rep, they are unable to provide any details regarding delivery, their shipments are on hold in quarantine, and they are "completely in the dark." Upon pointing out that their website at the time I made the purchase had an announcement that their shipping is unaffected by COVID-19---and it still says this TODAY---I was told that no one in the company has had time to update the website to reflect the problems they are currently experiencing.
While I am sympathetic to the impact COVID-19 may be having on some businesses, the false information on the website is inexcusable. I would not have ordered the dress had I not been assured by their website that its arrival would be on time. I have told them that I am willing to wait another 4 weeks (because the event the dress is for has been rescheduled) but if I still have no information as to when the dress can be expected, I will insist on a full refund so that I can attempt to instead purchase a dress here in the U.S.

We are truly apologetic regarding our order time frame, during this time everything is very unpredictable and we are taking each day as it comes.
In regards to your order, at the time of placement, we were not impacted by COVID 19 nor were our shipping couriers, meaning the information available at the time of ordering was factual. Since then, our main shipping courier TNT has been forced to stop shipments and our overseas manufacturer has been required to ship customer orders via a slower shipping method. This method was then held up in Singapore as international travel bans were put in place and the new shipping courier struggled to find an international flight to Australia to provide your order.
This is what caused the delay of your order, and since, A&N Luxe has been extremely apologetic and has been working around the clock to get orders out to customers.
