I have only received the fans, and not the light fixture. But I am very pleased with the fans. They are exactly as pictured. I can hardly wait to get the light fixtures so I can put everything together and hang them. Their communication is great, they have kept me informed on when everything will be ready to ship.

I have not hung the light yet but so far the ease of their website and efficiency in which it was shipped to me was great. I am excited to see it hanging!

Looks even better in person than online. We put an orange bulb in it, and it looks spectacular.

The ordering process for the item was very quick and easy, the packaging of the item, for the most part, was very well done. Other than one of the glass light shades being chipped on the bottom edge, which was quickly and easily taken care of by Customer Service. It was shipped on time and arrived in excellent condition. This is a beautiful chandelier! I am a returning customer I bought this for a cottage we owned and sold so now we are building a house and my husband wanted another one because he like it so much. I do wish the bottom row of antlers was a little fuller, but still very beautiful.

This chandelier is gorgeous!!! I was somewhat hesitant to order cast antlers as opposed to natural. All of my fears were groundless! The cast antlers look real. The quality of craftmanship and design is amazing. The chandelier is perfectly proportioned. Also, the natural colored light holder cylindrical covers are packaged separately, so you can paint them whatever color you choose before installation. Also, the chandelier packaging prevented any damage.

I highly recommend this product.

We ordered the Deer Creek 12 Antler Chandelier and we love how it looks just like real Deer Antlers and the Chandelier really compliments our dining room in our log home. The price we thought was great.

Their time is really good and easy to work with I really just ordered online and it was here in a timely manner. However with my product I felt they could have taken more time on it and I would have rather waited for a better product. I understand it's all a mold but once you pull a mold out you should sand down the seems so everything is flush. With the amount of money I spent I am pretty upset about it. But other then that everything was super simple and easy.
