Purchased at house at Yr Helyg colwyn bay had water pressure iasues since moving in, welsh water claiming there is not enough pressure at the top of the estate and anwyl were advised not to build three story houses, twice a week for 3 years not been able to shower due to this

The anwyl technicians always provide a fantastic service and take pride in their work no matter how big or small the job is. Chris came round to fix a sticking letterbox and although he wasn’t here for long, he was so friendly and chatty and respected our property.
I’m leaving a 5 star review purely based on the job that Chris did for us. The anwyl technicians are the only positive part of our experience of dealing with anwyl since we moved into our house in September 2024.
We have a waterlogged garden that they refuse any responsibility for which is costing us an awful lot of money to try and sort ourselves. We also recently complained about damage to the road outside our house from anwyl delivering skips to our neighbour. Despite the tarmac clearly being churned up and damaged, they advised that it will “weather in”. I have no idea how the damage will miraculously repair itself so we are left looking at an eyesore whilst anwyl refuse to take any responsibility. It’s disappointing as buying a new house should be exciting but we have been left feeling very disheartened by the whole experience.

Paul Higham attended our property today with his usual friendly and cheerful smile. He worked professionally and with care. He explained what he would be doing and after the work was completed took time to show and explain how things had gone and confirmed what had been done. He doesn't rush or cut corners. He is an outstanding technician who has become quite the friend. We will miss seeing him as our two years warrenty finally comes to an end. Thank you Paul!

Everything we added onto the snag list was fixed in good time, nothing is too much trouble for Ian the site manager or the ladies in the sales office, constantly checking to see if we need anything else doing or just to say hi! Would highly recommend Anwyl!

Josh and Richie did a great job fixing all the cracks along my stairs and hallway. Both were really lovely and helpful and did a great job.

Great experience at Elmy Fields, from the sales office to completing & snagging.
Helen in the sales office is fabulous, she really listens to what you want & is so friendly & helpful, all the way through from reserving to completion, she is a credit to the company.
The site manager Sam also deserves praise for providing great service in getting the snags completed in good time. Always keeping in touch with dates/times when contractors were available ensuring minimal disruption.
Overall the whole site team have been great on this development & I would highly recommend if you are looking in this area.

Absolutely brilliant job Chris and Richard have done today, the work they had completed was incredible the door and garage look so much better to how it was originally painted, they took there time and completed the job and spoke to us and advised us on what and what not to do while the paint was drying, customer service could learn a thing or two from you pair with the service you have provided today!

Paul came out to my address today, as my front door was sticking and making it very difficult to open. He completed the job in under half an hour and was courteous,friendly and cleaned up any dirt. He was very thorough, and explained the problem to me, and did not leave until I was completely happy with locking the door. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Paul.

We have recently bought a house on Deva Green. I have nothing but praise for this site.
The sales office staff have been extremely helpful (Nigel,Linda, Elizabeth and the manager Claire). We had some tricky moments with sales falling through etc and I should add that the Directors at Anwyl have gone above and beyond to accommodate our particular situation. We are extremely grateful and thankful for all their consideration.

The site staff have been nothing but helpful, kind and personable. We would like to thank them all and give a special mention to Matt, Shane and John.

We think the build quality is fantastic!
The rooms are spacious with higher than average ceilings. The style of kitchen is beautiful as is the flooring.
The built in wardrobe in bed 1 is wonderful!
'Snagging' has been very straightforward and completed
to our satisfaction. Customer service was helpful.
The whole site is very attractive with a variety of house styles set well apart and good landscaping.
It is lovely and quiet yet close to Chester and the amenities of the retail park.
We are very happy here and can recommend Anwyl as a house builder.

We are all settled in and very happy with the build quality. We had our precious house as a new build but build quality from Anwyl is next level. Also Ian ( site manager ) is very friendly and absolute professional. He finished all the small snagging very quickly for us. So far 5 stars to Anwyl. How can I forget Debbie & Sam ( sales managers). They were so amazing through out the whole process of buying. We have been dealt with pleasure. Thanks for the whole team here at Eagles Green.

Richard was really helpful and a really nice guy.

From start to finish, my experience at the Eagles Green site has been five stars. When I moved in Lewis was incredibly helpful and made sure any issues I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and he was always professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the process. A huge thank you for making the move so much easier. I really appreciate all of your help and would highly recommend.
