AolsteCell Faulty battery and terrible customer service
As per other reviews I received a replacement battery from them, which had zero charge and would not charge. In other words it was faulty. I wrote to them and they wanted videos and I had to download a program on my computer from them. It was all too hard and they wanted more videos. How can I send you a video (multiple videos) of a battery not working? Ridiculous. They wear you down and now I will put the battery in the bin and buy elsewhere. I recommend you do not do business with this company

Nach langem Drängen habe ich meine Rückerstattung erhalten. Ich habe gestern, am 15.04.2026, eine Bewertung meiner Erfahrung mit Aolste auf Trustpilot abgegeben, und siehe da, die Rückerstattung war heute, am 16.04.2026, auf meinem Konto. Aolste hat mich angeschrieben und gebeten, meine Bewertung zurückzuziehen. Ich habe nicht die Absicht, meinen Kommentar zu löschen. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass ich nicht die Erste bin, die diese Erfahrung mit Aolste gemacht hat. Sie können bei diesem Unternehmen definitiv bessere Produkte finden. Der Kundenservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

After a long period with no contact…
After a long period with no contact from this company when I complained, they email me and offer me another battery at discount price as the ones they sold me were now out of warranty. Even though the first battery lasted only a few weeks and the second a few months. both had expanded cells and stopped charging. Don't think I'll accept this offer as it would be throwing good money after bad.

Acquistata una batteria compatibile per un laptop MSI: dal seriale risultava identica a quella offerta da altri siti, ma con il miglior rapporto tra prezzo e tempi di consegna. Ordine effettuato il 4/3/2026, merce ricevuta il 10 marzo. Al momento la batteria funziona benissimo: speriamo che duri almeno un paio d'anni, ma non credo in ogni caso che questo dipenda dal negozio.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. 7 months ago I bought a replacement battery for my laptop. Just 7 months - wasn’t holding charge. I took it into get it checked out - the battery was swollen, and really soft - I was told in a short time it would have actually destroyed my laptop. Emailed back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, provided photos … their resolution was to replace the battery- are you kidding? You want me to give you a second chance to destroy my laptop- ahh- nope. Finally they told me they would refund half my money, because it was “outside the 6 months ago warranty “. I am so tired of inbuilt obsolescence- no coincidence that it’s just outside “warranty. “ Six months is not reasonable for the life of a battery. Buy from these people at your own (and your laptop’s) risk

Fit and runtime on this JET 60 battery seem just as good as the original. Price was right so I actually grabbed two to keep a backup fully charged.

Bestellter Akku lädt nur auf ca.70%.
Wollte den Akku zurückschicken da ja nicht in Ordnung.
Ich müsste dies beweisen indem ich einen Akkuchecker herunterladen soll und Prüfdurchgänge durchführen, Bilder des Originalakku und des bestellten Akkus anhängen,einen Bericht über das Problem detailliert schildern und Lade/Enladevorgänge dokumentieren soll.
Der Akku kostet ca 50 Euro und für mich hat das Kalkül und Muster, der Kunde soll sich totlaufen und genervt aufgeben.
Ich vermute sogar, ständig nen Bot angemailt zu haben...die Antworten waren immer gleich/standardisiert.

DURATA BATTERIA PESSIMA, SITO ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE
Rispondo alla risposta di AolsteCell: il mio ordine era del novembre 2024, ma per problemi di compatibilità ho dovuto rispedire indietro la batteria ordinata (A MIE SPESE) e me ne hanno rispedito un'altra compatibile, che mi è arrivata a fine dicembre (e ho le prove di avvenuta consegna da parte del corriere, nel caso in cui AolsteCell volesse mettere in dubbio la mia buona fede) e che io ho montato nel laptop a gennaio 2025. Quindi la vita utile della batteria, come ho già scritto, è stata di un anno e un mese! Sempre come ho già scritto, non c'è stata una leggera diminuzione della durata, ma la batteria è diventata INSERVIBILE: appena si comincia a usare il laptop senza rete elettrica, la batteria scende a 0% e il PC si spegne! Infine, e ho già scritto pure questo, il mio uso del PC è stato normale e per nulla stressante e la batteria precedente era durata 4 anni, senza peraltro arrivare a questo livello di inutilità. Per quanto riguarda le loro opzioni per un nuovo acquisto, si sono limitati a offrirmi prima il 10 e poi il 15% di sconto, cosa che ovviamente ho rifiutato (mi sarei ritrovato probabilmente nella stessa situazione fra un altro anno). Ribadisco la mia indignazione e il mio vivo consiglio di stare alla larga da questo sito! Per prevenire ulteriori risposte inutili e false da parte dell'Azienda, fatte al solo scopo di dimostrarsi disponibili agli occhi di nuovi (sfortunati) clienti, aggiungo che loro sanno bene che prima di arrivare a scrivere queste recensioni negative, ho scritto loro numerose email per spiegare esattamente qual era la mia situazione e mi hanno anche risposto tempestivamente e cortesemente, ma alla fine mi hanno lasciato con una BATTERIA MORTA dopo appena un anno dalla ricezione e installazione! La motivazione che mi ha spinto a recensirli negativamente non è stata un accanimento nei loro confronti (anche se se lo meriterebbero), ma solo la volontà di informare bene i consumatori che leggono, prima che facciano un acquisto sconsiderato come ho fatto io. Per quanto mi riguarda, ormai ho fatto quello che avrei dovuto fare la volta precedente anziché comprare da AolsteCell via Italybatteria: ho comprato la batteria di ricambio dal sito del produttore del mio laptop.
Segue la mia recensione originale: La batteria che ho acquistato da loro per il mio Dell Inspiron 7506 2-IN-1 BLACK, pur essendo perfettamente compatibile con l'originale, è durata solo 1 anno e 1 mese: adesso il laptop si accende ma se stacco l'alimentatore, la batteria, da una carica del 100%, dura meno di 5 minuti e poi va a 0% (il PC si spegne) e devo ricaricarla. La diagnostica Dell lanciata sul laptop dice che la batteria è a fine vita. E' davvero indecente che una batteria duri così poco, il PC l'ho usato sempre in maniera del tutto normale, in ambienti casalinghi. La loro assistenza mi ha risposto che essendo passato più di un anno la garanzia è scaduta: DAVVERO VERGOGNOSO VENDERE BATTERIE DEL GENERE! Non comprerò mai più da loro e sconsiglio a tutti di farlo (pensate anche all'ambiente oltre al danno economico)!

Si prega di notare che la capacità della batteria e la durata complessiva sono strettamente correlate alle abitudini di utilizzo e alle condizioni operative. Fattori come la frequenza di ricarica, i cicli di scarica profonda, gli ambienti ad alta temperatura, l'uso continuo ad alta intensità e il collegamento prolungato alla presa elettrica influiscono sulla velocità con cui la capacità della batteria diminuisce nel tempo. Anche con un utilizzo normale, le batterie al litio si degradano naturalmente e gradualmente.
Poiché la batteria è stata utilizzata per più di un anno, la leggera diminuzione della capacità rientra nel normale intervallo di degradazione delle prestazioni per le batterie agli ioni di litio.
Saremo lieti di discutere con lei di possibili nuove opzioni di acquisto o sconti.

Have ordered twice - once delivery was delayed but customer service was helpful. Other time the delivery was smooth.

Terrible Battery
Terrible Battery, probably worked for less than 10 charges. Didn't use the computer for years. I tought I had a problem with my charging cable but it was the battery.

Please note that laptop batteries may become damaged if they are not used for a long period. When a battery remains unused without charging for months or years, the internal cells can enter a deep discharge state, which may result in permanent failure.
You purchased this battery in April 2023, and the warranty period is 1 year. Since the battery is now beyond the warranty period and its performance has been affected by long-term disuse, we are unfortunately unable to provide a free replacement.
To help maintain battery health, we recommend charging the battery every 2–3 months if the device will not be in use for an extended period.
