Took longer then I expected because I paid for 2-5 business days DHL and it took over 2 weeks, I was pissed about that but when I got the product installed after receiving it I was amazed and happy 👍🏾

Horrible customer service. The product didn’t even match the car. The person gave me directions (awful I must say, not professional in any way). I told them the emblem backing was round and not flat. This product I was sent is flat. You can’t stick a flat emblem on a round backing. The same response was given to me again. No help. Also, Product comes with 3m backing. Cheap product at a superior price. Oh, and if you get the back glowing emblem, be prepared to drill a hole in your car! No thanks.

Ordered led sill plates for Audi A6. Took 2 months to receive them. Terrible instructions on how to install front sills, no instructions for back. The back sills are too big and do not fit the car. I do not recommend this company at all. Waste of money.

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not good at all. I bought an emblem kit for my 2020 Jetta and cannot use it due to mine needs clips and is hallow. Customer service was very unhelpful, I sent them pictures and everything showing the item they sent me was not for a 2020 Jetta so I would like a refund. They ignored my refund request and sent me a list of different items and asked if I wanted them? I explained no I would like to request a refund. They replied again with no acknowledgment that there company screw up and said they will refund the item after I pay to ship it to them in CHINA! What the? I’m already out $141 and now they want me to put out more money?
Very unprofessional company and clearly do not care about their customers satisfaction.

I ran into a measurement issue fitting the Honda lighted emblem to my 2024 Honda odyssey as it was a little small for my vehicle. I immediately reached out to the service department explained my situation ,they explained what steps ,what to do next .I took pictures of the too small emblem next to vehicle where it would go so they could see size difference with pictures I also sent the new measurements I took to make it fit .the service department confirmed my measurements & address remade the emblem for me & I had received the new emblem quickly in little of week & half. I installed it ,I haven’t stop getting thumbs up , stares & questions where they can buy one. Thanks Aoonuauto

I have never had butter customer service, anywhere else! One of the emblems was too small when I first got them. So, they sent a replacement one. That one didn’t fit either. I got frustrated, assuming I was SOL. I have the lariat model f150, which is slightly different. But they stayed in communication and made sure that I got one that fits!!! So, again, I sent different measurements. This time, it fits!!! I LOVE my emblems so much!!! I get asked about them everywhere! I’m quick to tell everyone what amazing customer service they have, too! You don’t come by that, often!!! Thank you for an amazing product and your superior customer service!!!!

I ordered door sill protectors for my Rav4 prime. When they arrived there were to long for my vehicle. They were meant for regular Rav4 models not the prime. I wrote to Aoonu and they had me take measurements and made it to my measurements. Very happy with the customer srvice and the product. They look great on my vehicle.
