Horrible item. Didn't fit, cracked, and now it's going to take forever to get a replacement, if they do because they are in China.

I honestly cannot complain about my purchase. I ordered puddle lights for the inside of the interior door handles of my vehicle. It took about 3 weeks to get them. It was exactly what I ordered. The lights were easy to install and does not require a rocket scientist to do it. So far the lights are working great and add a lot of interior appeal to the vehicle.

Don’t buy from this company unless you want to be stuck! I bought door sill LED’s for my 2011 Honda Accord. They were a gift. My daughter didn’t like them so we wanted to return them. They keep saying they will allow us to return, but won’t tell us where to ship it for return. So, we tried to see if it would work since they are avoiding us. They won’t fit anyway because they don’t lay flat on the sill. They would have to be “rigged” to work. No way am I doing that. So, they still won’t let us return. We haven’t even unpacked everything. Bottom line, you better hope it works because they will not allow a return no matter what. It’s not a honest company. Just simply want to return, that’s all.

I ordered door sill lights, no instructions, unable to contact phone number is in China. Cheap-looking and may I say this is not a quality product, maybe dangerous from an Electrical point of view. Have requested a refund.

I order some led puddle lights for my 2019 Dodge Challenger GT. One worked and the other didn’t and they are trying their hardest to not send me a replacement for they’re mistake. Highly unprofessional customer service I don’t recommend for your worst enemy

Horrible product. Even worst customer service. After almost 30 messages they still refuse to refund me the money for a product they new did not fit our truck. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Scam. They are selling defective and incorrect products knowing it takes months to open cases with credit card company and attorney general. AVOID THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY! Worst experience ever.

They never mail the door lights I bought from them. After two months they gave me a tracking number of something that I never received.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They stole literally my money.

The product I bought from aoonuauto was not as represented, took months to get here, and then had no instructions for install....all instructions was written in Chinese, had to spend hours finding an auto shop that would install it, and when finally all was installed the product lasted for 2 days....DO NOT order from this company......You'll spend 100's of dollars and potentially damage your car ....My car is a Cadillac , and the Cadillac dealers said they had to void my warranty because this product had to be installed in a way that compromised the car....Let the buyer beware....
