The product didn’t work. Tried to contact. No help.

The only problem is the length of time to recieve the product.

Because English is not their first language, their website is misleading. I ordered something I thought was plug and play (because I have a lease vehicle) and instead I received something that's drill into the body of the car and wire in. When I brought this to their attention I received zero response and never got my money back. I will never order from them again.

I bought a gift for my husband that did not fit his truck. I wanted to exchange it for something else and was told I could not do so and was basically told I should have ordered the right part because everything is custom made. Never heard from anyone again. I will never order from here again or recommend them to anyone.

Kit didn’t come with instructions nor any bubble wrap or stuffing of any kind. Product smelled something awful, not rotting awful, but not pleasing to the nose.

Item was late no instructions bought similar product from another company

The merchandise took awhile to arrive but once it did I was very impressed.

I am VERY DISAPPPOINTED with this product. It is literally a pile of cheap wires and parts - with no instructions. The parts are VERY INADEQUATE and TOTAL JUNK.

The door sill lights are cheap. Logo is super small. Lights don’t work. Components are cheap, oh also broken on arrival. Missing remote, but according to them it ships from a different company. Interesting why did they just create another tracking number from origin then. Now won’t respond. Do not waste your money. Order some leds from amazon customize yourself.

You have to do alot for cutting and fitting to make them work and there all the same a friend order one set for a r55 and my is a f56 and there the same product

I bought a part for my car after verifying twice that it is listed as being compatible. It still lists it as compatible. The part does not fit. I have exchanged 8 emails and 15 pictures they keep requesting. They sent me a picture of their website which shows a new part number as being compatible which has been updated since my email. When they re-wrote the website, they forgot to take the part I bought as being compatible still!

Its been a month since I have paid for my product! Still no product!!!

I was looking for door lights for my 2020 Nissan Armada I found them here and it was a simple install they fit perfect

I haven’t received 1 update about my order since the transaction was paid and went through

It's been almost 30 days..product still has not been received. My bank is in the process of investigating for refund.
