I bought a scooter from this store for 449€ but I didn't use it even for a week. The motherbord of the scooter don't work and then i contacted them immediately and at first they pretend as they will help me but they don't. Again and again I continue to write them then they stopped responding me. Til today they have done nothing my money is gone to the cyber thieves

same issues as the other guys, no help or support whatsover, send them hundred of mails and chats, but no respons, problems with the step from day one.. and within a year everything start breaking down, bolts, brake, battery, lights,.. I asked them to replace the step or return my money but no respons at all.. they are doing everything to ignore me or delay, unbelievable..

I bought a bike and less than a month after the battery still do not work. They keep asking me to take different kinds og scenarios video recordings of the bike. They want me to buy different expensive equipment’s to test the bike. I wrote to them 12 of december 2023 and we Are now in 17 of Januar and They still haven’t come up with a solution They Are doing everything to delay helping me.

I bought a Aovopro scooter and less than 6 weeks later it stopped working.
I emailed and was sent a new battery and the link to a video on how to replace it. This didn't help. I was then sent a control panel and told to fit it and surprisingly this didn't work either!!
Less than 2 months of use for a scooter that cost £249 is utterly unacceptable.
Numerous emails back and forth and they are refusing to either refund or replace.
I now have a child who feels that this has ruined his summer holiday as he has been unable to zip about with his friends. I'm so upset on his behalf.

Appalling customer service. I bought an Aovo Pro 2 under a 2 year warranty, and the disc break became bent within about 2 weeks of me buying it. Instead of honouring their 2 year warranty, I was instead sent a YouTube video by Neymar at their customer service email address and told to fix the issue myself. I will never buy from them again!

Es el peor servicio al cliente con diferencia. Estaba contento con mi patinete S5 Pro hasta que a los 13 meses se partio la estructura metalica que es tubular y no se puede soldar o arreglar. No quieren saber nada y ignoran por completo cualquier reclamación. Todo problemas. Nunca más en Aovostore, Además el certificado CE es dudoso.

This is the first company review i've written, and I'm sad to say it's been an appoling experience, for the sake of an item value of €15/16..

It started when i needed a new mud gaurd for the E-scooter.

The delivery took almost 2 weeks, when it was supposed to take up to 5 days..

I chose the: Aovo Eletric Scooter Mudguard | mudguard for all similar AOVO M365 Pro / xiaomi M365 pro series eletric scooter.

The product that arrived was not as described in the images or description, I specificly choose this product to replace my mudguard as the hook had broken on the previous mudguard, therefore i was unable to fold down the scooter and use the clasp on the handelbars to clip them in place.

( this seems trivial, but that's the function of the hook on the mudguard).

Anyway, there was no hook, so i contacted CS with images and a clear understanding of what exactly was missing.

the didn't understand at first what i was reffering to and said to me, "the fender was fine" and there was nothing wrong..

I screen gabed an image from tehir website, encircled the missing piece and was told "Our fender has been updated, which can be used normally, we will compensate you 5 GBP, do you think this is okay"

LOL, f'ing no!!! (not quite what i typed as i understand there are different agents each time on the conversation.. )

then was advised that the website had a previous fender, now the fender had been upgraded and updated. this is the correct version and can be used normally.

By the way, the fender is still for sale that i orignally bought, and there have been no updates to it..

I finally got someone who agreed to send me the product that was described in in the images and description.

but now am told with no certainty of when it will be shipped.. just "Next week", "if we ship it" (again LOL), "if", f'ing if...

What an absolute joke by the way..

anyway, if you are going to buy from this company, make sure the product is up to date.. It seems they don't keep the website upto date, and let customers buy products that are not even in stock, and you could be left with something you don't want nor need that's no good to man nor beast!

I estimate that it's cost Aovo more money in man power to read and answer my messages and thei review than the product is worth. So i'm happy i've cost them some time and money. to think it all could have been solved on day 1 of contact with a "yup, you're totally right, we messed up" we'll send you the correct one on X date, you'll get a tracking number to track. oh and here's a returns label if you'd like to ship the incorrect one back after you receive the correct one!"

Very bad ,they take your money then don't deliver the goods DON'T BUY FROM THEM
it takes a month to get a refund
