Ordered food, none an hour later rang them was put on hold for 15 minutes while they talked, rang back again they offered a free litre drink when they wouldnt refund me, food came and was cold and disgusting and no free drink took over 2 hours altogether will never order from here again

Ordered a mixed kebab tray for 9.99 got what was 1 piece of kebab with a battered chicken all cut up on top. In a medium sized carton.
Far too expensive for such a little amount of food, more salad than anything else. About a handful of chips but at least half a red onion, sauce and lettuce...

Originally ordered and said it would take 20 mins then rang after half an hour saying it would take 20 minutes as they were busy. That was understood but then after an hour and ten minutes still no food so we rang once again saying it will take 10 more mins in reality it was 20

It he’s been 2 hours and my food is not here please fix it

I went to Apache pizza bundoran and had a horrific donut that they have just introduced it was wet and distasteful I recommend taking it off the menu or cook it longer we also revived one whole cookie when there advertised as 4 this was a terrible experience I will not be returning close your doors Apache bundoran

Amazing love the food

Food was all cold and moist. Took 1 hour 45 delivery for a 5 minute drive. Not the first time either

I ordered from apache in Maynooth, ordered the pizza whilst on my way home, scheduling it to arrive between 3-3:30 am. We get home and at this point we’ve been waiting in the living room and it’s now 4am. Most of us end up heading up to bed and it wasn’t until I woke up to a car parked outside at 6:45am was when I realised it had came. The shop closed at 4am and opens at 9am. Ate a cold and late pizza

We got apachi pizza from the glenties for a family of 4 spent 65 euro the chips was rock hard and flavourless, wedges were burnt oily and spud less, pizza was dry and hard, chicken gougons was cooked in dirty oil as i can 100% tell from the flavour, garlic bread was about acceptable. a family of 4 on holiday in donegal food was totally appalling for us and i strongly don’t recommend this place.

This behaviour is completely unacceptable.

I paid in advance for both the food and delivery, yet the service I received was shocking and unprofessional. A staff member called and demanded that I wait outside for him, claiming he was arriving by taxi. I explained clearly that I was at work and that delivery means bringing the food to the door. This should not even be a discussion.

The staff member then raised his voice, spoke aggressively, and eventually told me to “f..k off” before hanging up the phone. I have never experienced such disrespect from a food business. No customer should ever be spoken to this way.

When the food eventually arrived, it was very cold, confirming a complete lack of care and basic service standards. There was no respect, no professionalism, and clearly no staff training.

I ordered food, paid properly, and was instead shouted at, insulted, and treated as if I was the problem. This is not acceptable in any business, especially one dealing with customers.

I would strongly advise management to review staff training and customer service urgently. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend ordering from this place.

Ordered pizza with chicken and bacon got and pizza with chicken bacon and mushrooms and oinins tried say I ordered bbq chicken and bacon

Absolutely dramatic... I don't even know what to say... kebab... yes... they are selling chicken and doner kebab. I paid 30€ for my order. I just can't understand it. No sauce, dry, meat hard as a stone, 3 breaded, dry chicken pieces in chicken wraps. Please, how? How is it still open? Absolutely dramatic.

Actually charging customers money even so they can pay in cash!Eye gouging at its finest.Never again!I recommend everyone boycott this business.

Absolutely diabolical is all I can say. I ordered a burger but declined bacon or cheese. The picture clearly showed salad on it. At the very least I would have expected onion on it but no, it came as a burger in a bun, that’s it, no onions, nothing, so I had to then stand and fry myself some onions. I also ordered their loaded kebab fries and asked for extra meat and salad. The size of the box might have been big enough for my grandson but it definitely wasn’t big enough for an adult and not only that it didn’t even have the extras that I asked for. I phoned them up to tell them what I thought and they said the burger doesn’t come with extras, I don’t consider onions at the very least to be an ‘extra’ and the chef obviously saw that what he put on the chips as being ‘extra’. I dread to think what their normal portion is like as my husband has to pick around the chips to even find meat. This place is the WORST place EVER for a takeaway. Avoid it like the plague. No wonder their reviews are bad

Shocking.. literally an hour an a half to deliver around the corner..had to ask the delivery guy next door to deliver.. two calls made.. and only a Tuesday.. won't be getting you again

Very pleasant staff. Fantastic tasting pepperoni pizza and cheesy garlic bread with garlic dip. It really finished the night on a high note for us on the way home from a night out in Dublin.
