I would give no stars if it was possible I was in donegal for a few days and I placed an order for 2 pizzas last night and explained to the guy on the till at least 3 times what toppings I wanted as he didn’t seem to speak much English but he put onions on my pizza after being told on at least 3 occasions I only wanted ham and pineapple on one of them. I returned to the store and explained what had happened so he then showed me the receipt which had onion on it an again I told him a few times i did not want onion on my pizza just the other one I ordered he refused to replace it and caused a scene and said he would get the Garda I explained to him I had repeatedly told him no onion he ignored me and another customer told me he would take the pizza and pay me for it and the worker then took the money from the other customer so I assumed all was settled and he was going to prepare my pizza a few minutes passed and I asked him how long mine would be he said no you already got your pizza so I paid for 2 pizzas only got one and he took the other customers money as well he refused to give me the money back or the pizza absolutely fuming and on top of that he was just rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers he looks like he would rather be anywhere else but working there terrible experience

One of the worst spice box. Paid 45 euros for a spice box, medium pizza and 2 packet chips. Brought from Apache pizza, skerries. Spice box was terrible. Some pieces of dried chicken and some slices of onion and pepper with chips. No sauce, nothing. I wont buy from Apache pizza anymore. Its just like snatching money.

I actually went to the Apache Pizza on the Comber Road, Dundonald, this is a new shop and not on the list of shops. So apologies to the shop at the Kings Square.

I ordered Hot Buffalo Wings (Large) No Dip £7.50
Premium Big Buffalo
Large (14 inch) (Regular) Extra Mozzarella, Peppers, Fresh Chillies £22.75
Delivery £3.00

To start off he on line order status is a waste of time as it never moved from "in preparation" they did give a delivery time but the order was late arriving.
Extra Peppers £1.75 for 7 tiny slices.
Extra Fresh Chillis £1.75 for 9 tiny slices
I cant comment on the extra cheese as i don't know how much a standard pizza gets.
Hot Buffalo Wings (Large) so over cooked, burnt, they were inedible and were chucked in the bin.
On arrival the food was not hot, only just warm.
The only positive thing was that even though the pizza wasn't hot it tasted OK.
£33.75 for this is a complete rip off, but for this standard of food is unacceptable.
Won't be back!

bad everything, threw food out

First of all, after ordering online and a getting notification saying that the order is ready for collection, so it's around 10min drive, we get there and the food is not ready, have to wait anoter 10minutes. And no, it is not busy at all. But that's not even the point. Second time we have ordered sticky buffallo bbq chicken wings. First time they were so overcooked, they were pretty much inedible. Thought will give it a second chance, but they just proved themselves that they don't have a clue what sticky chicken wings are. Once again, we got crispy, overcooked, flavourless chicken wings. Not even salt, nothing. Considering that 6 small pieces cost 6.90 and you can't even enjoy them-well that's a shame. Stay away from chicken menu, well at least that's the case in Carrick on Shannon apache.
But pizzas are really delicious, could not fault them!

Called politely today to your store,and spoke to someone with a broken English, and I have asked about the food I got,as I only received a slice of pizza for which I paid 15€ !
He said the exact same words: " do you want me to read your mind? Open your eyes when your are ordering!" And hang up!!!
maybe I ordered wrong, and I was OK accepting that ,but being addressed that way, and in that matter!!!!

Disgusting attitude, and me done ordering from you! I am actually sorry I was placing orders with you weekly! Will share my experience all over!

Ordered online for 4pm collection from apache ferbane, order not ready until 4.30pm one pizza came out while other pizza was in oven two staff at separate times are turning and lifting this happened 4 times when pizza number 2 comes out a hole in the middle the staff member just bins it and I then asked for a refund as I couldn't wait another 30 minutes staff member states she will refund this was 3 weeks ago no refund. Send message on the app which is supposed to go to a manager to make contact, surprise surprise no contact then sent email to apache ferbane and still no answer, appalling customer service

Food was fine but delivery was slow.
Main reason for review is charging deposits on cans that are not included in deposit & return scheme.

So disappointed
Had ordered previously and was very happy with my pizza
Ordered tonight - all the ingredients I asked for were on it but the pizza was so spiced that I couldn’t eat it
I called to complain and they sent another and collected the original
Same issue
I rang and was told you got the pizza you ordered
I said no I ordered the same pizza a few weeks ago and had no problem - this has spices that I’m allergic to - I can’t eat it
They asked what I wanted them to do and I said they should cook exactly the pizza that they sent to me and eat it and then let me know if it’s still the same
They hung up on me
Obviously I won’t order again
