Sketchy business
10hours after placing an order at ASOS, APG sent me an email saying the package has been shipped and I owe them 20GBP for customs fee and handling.
I contacted ASOS because it usually takes them at least a couple of weeks before the order is shipped and the custom fee is way too much for what i’ve ordered. They told me that my order is still in process and it has not left the warehouse yet.
I sent an email to APG asking for the breakdown of the charge but they only sent me another email asking for 20GBP with no further explanation.
I’m so glad I read reviews here.

APG delivery driver reversed at speed…
APG delivery driver reversed at speed up a small road and cycleway. Driver did not have visibility and almost hit a cyclist. On being approached about the incident, driver called cyclist a "f--ing nosy b--h".

There should be an option for zero stars. This company is incompetent and run by Nigerian scammers. They extort people for extra money and charges that don’t exist and dispose of high value packages. Do not ever use them
APG didn’t deliver
Contacted APG about a package that hasn’t been delivered; received email response stating that once the package has arrived in the country ‘APG is no longer able to provide further information’ and ‘to contact the merchant you placed an order with for further assistance’! This is unacceptable. A supplier has paid and contracted APG to deliver a product - how can there be no responsibility taken by APG for the final delivery! No word so far on where the package is or transparency on whether it has been passed on to another delivery provider either.

Company held one of my orders and needed payment for customs fees / ID. Never contacted me ONCE for either. Not though email, or phone. Sent item back to sender and now I'm out both my money and the item

Terrible terrible customer experience. This company are thieves!
I was charged customs for an order that according to the law in my country is not eligible for customs taxes.
Moreover, I was charged almost twice the amount that I had to pay in the case that I did exceed the amount eligible for customs!
I wish Gymshark would stop working with them, and I will do whatever I can to make it happen.

Too bad I can’t give these people negative stars they are truly incompetent, lack the ability to communicate relevant information. Based on the reviews here I thought their initial communications were a scam because there was no information actually pertaining to any company I had ordered from. After I found out they were a legitimate business and were collecting customs fees I paid them and they still won’t release my order. If you have any choice DO NOT deal with them.
APG have lost my books and don't care.
Purchased 2 books from AbeBooks late July 24. APG Tracking showed the books leave UK and arrived in Australia 02 Aug. Subsequently failed to arrive, so I contacted APG and was told the books had arrived in Australia and there was no tracking in Australia. The fact the books had spent 24 days in Australia and not managed to find my letterbox was of not a concern to them, and yet they were the ones paid to deliver.
DON'T order anything from a company…
DON'T order anything from a company that uses these delivery people. They don't deliver and ignore you when you try and chase up. My parcel landed in Australia on 24th July and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Thankfully without asking the company I bought from gave me a full refund including postage without asking.
Don't pay them
Complete scam, they keep sending me emails to collect duties on my Amazon Prime order, which already includes all fees. Tracking shows nothing, not even the shipper's name.
Demand import taxes for no reason!
I've ordered from Gymshark recently, they sent the package with APG. APG contacted me through email demanding 21 GBP for import taxes for an order with a value lower than the regulated price in my country!
I sent them proofs from the government and customs website but they insist that I must pay or they will not send my package.

Terrible Shipment Company
They are absolutely terrible. I have now had two unfortunate experiences with them, where they delayed my package. Their tracking information is misleading, and rarely gets updated. You have to chase the customer service agents to receive updates on your package. They also ask for custom charges, even though Asos and Pretty Little Thing includes customs and delivery. TERRIBLE. Never shopping with anybody who uses APG. Please avoid them!
Useless company
I posted my mum an item from US to Australia. Easyship offer APG and it says delivery within 14 days and it was a really good price. Item was collected from me by USPS to take to APG co/ I-Pack to forward to Australia on 7 Feb. 3 different tracking platforms and all different updates. USPS confirms they delivered the item to the depot. Easyship says the item has been intercepted and Australia post says my item was delivered in New York. Easyship won't help they said call USPS or APG. Obviously this isn't a USPS issue so I called Aust Post. No they can't help me because APG is a separate company and doesn't accept phone calls. I messaged APG TWICE and finally got a reply of USPS didn't deliver the parcel to us and I need to chase USPS. They also advised they can't provide me with any further information. So 14days is now 20 days and noone except USPS can give me a definite answer on where my parcel is. I have insurance with Easyship so will chase them when the timeframe is reached. NEVER TRSUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH AUSTRALIA POST!
I ordered a bluray from Amazon Spain…
I ordered a bluray from Amazon Spain November 6 to be delivered at my address in Hawaii. After over 1 1/2 months, with the product stuck in the US customs somewhere as of last tracking on November 18, I finally was given permission to cancel or ask for refund from Amazon. Honestly, Amazon, if you use this company for delivery services, I don't think most of your customers will be happy. Terrible company.

The worst shipping company. I ordered an order from the ASOS website and always paid 10£ upon delivery

But they told me it was customs clearance
The last time I ordered, they told me that I needed to pay 35£ to customs clearance
Although I buy from all sites and do not pay anything: Amazon, Shein, iHerb, eBay, etc.
This will be the last time I deal with this company, or with ASOS

WORST COMPANY EVER! TRIED TO DELIVER MY ORDER IN A DIFFERENT STATE, AT A WRONG ADDRESS, EVEN AFTER THEY WERE AWARE THE ADDRESS IS WRONG! THEN, THEY JUST SENT THIS BACK TO THE SENDER TELLING ME THEY WERE UNABLE TO REDIRECT AFTER BEING AWARE OF THE ISSUE FOR 2 WEEKS!
