APG commerce is unreliable company

APG commerce is unreliable company. They were never able to deliver my order from ASOS. Never return my money back for customs charges! Moreover never returned my order back to ASOS, so I never received a refund for my order from ASOS. Worst company ever!!! Never ever deal with them

Awful experience with APG

Don't ever use their services one of the worst in the world. My parcel was stuck there for weeks with no updates on when it will be shipped out and eventually never shipped my item out and I had to cancel my order. I'm writing this review to save anyone from facing this horrible experience using them.

Absolutely trash

Absolutely trash. Sent my parcel back to the country of origin, then lost the replacement package sent by the seller. Tracking is a joke, barely updated. Ridiculous. Very bad experience that continued over 3 months, with two lost parcel. One star is too many.

Complete Scam

Complete scam, not kidding. This started when my parcel was handed to apg e-commerce. Despite the parcel arriving in my country, I never got it. Apg e-commerce claims that the local post service was supposed to claim it, but they had ‘lost documents’. I called my local post service, and they had no say about that because the shipping is fully handled by apg e-commerce. Upon asking for my money, they went silent.

Go screw yourself for being top notch liers. Keep in mind, apg e-commerce is a subsidiary of Australia post under Aramax Global Solutions, and if you go and see Australia post’s review, it’s the worst postal service I have ever seen.

What a complete joke, and I didn’t receive my parcel at the end too. No idea where it went, no one that I can contact about it. Never in my life have I come across a situation like this with any postal service. Literally avoid at all cost, and if you came here because you used their service, sorry for your loss.

Asked to pay import duties which were never agreed to upfront or they won’t deliver my parcel! This has never happened with ASOS before, they also want me to email them a copy of my ID. Don’t think so pal.

I wish I can barely give u a one star I have been a customer for pretty little things since long time and this is the first time I knew that I have to pay duty and it’s fine my problem is that I didn’t receive any email or sms from your part I am like crazy searching for my parcel that I should receive since 2 of March and I know u will charge me extra money because it’s in duty free since 24 and u are not even replying to my emails this is robbing and unprofessional suddenly I knew from plt that I have to pay for customs and there is no link for it nothing it’s like u put me in an Unkown world and keeping me struggle

Been waiting 5 weeks now for a parcel

Been waiting 5 weeks now for a parcel, was told that it’ll be delayed till 4 business days. Then I got told it’s delayed another 7 days and yet it still says it’s “In the air”. Apgecommerce aren’t informing me on the whereabouts of my package, only the place I brought it from.

COVID is no longer an excuse!

Have been waiting for my package to arrive since the 23 Nov. Contacted APGE Commerce via their website for information update on my package the next day as it was still showing as “in the air”. I was given a link to NZPost with a tracking number. The status on NZ Post is “Handover for arrival for processing” I have contacted NZPost and was informed to contact the sender which is ASOS. ASOS Customer service have only replied once and are no help at all. It is now the 9th of Dec I have waited the 10 business days to give time for COVID reasons which is not an excuse. The package is still showing the same status on both NZPost and APGE Commerce web pages. It is now 2021 and COVID has been around since 2019. APGE Commerce needs to upgrade the way they do business because this is not customer service. Will be avoiding any companies that use this service from now on.

it is a scam, obviously

i have contacted the ASOS support.
yes, APGecommerce.com is one of their official partners, though, they tried to scam me.

ASOS have never given them my parcel, but APGecommerce already asked me to pay an additional 45% of the total price duty. Before ever being able to send the parcel. Once again, the delivery company did not received anything from ASOS yet, but they're trying to force me to make a payment.

Be aware! Oh and, their Facebook page is dead and contains a lot of similar cases.

Company of Thieves

This company work with ASOS and charge for taxes before shipping, for me it's okay and nothing wrong with it. But charging more and making up fees that don't exist is robbing. They try to charge me a lot more than I should pay. Robber, thieves, everyone should know.

Edit: Found out APG is Aramex or are working with Aramex, which is the biggest stealing company (they also once stole a laptop that I have ordered from Amazon) can't understand how companies such as Amazon and ASOS working with them.

Smells fishy

Never received my customs notice so my package will probably be returned to Asos.
Apparently, I need to pay APG customs BEFORE it's shipped?
Why is the customs notice coming from APG and not from my post office???
