Needed to send order back as wrong size but 3 emails sent and nothing heard. No UK number and no way of returning and getting money back. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!

Received my goods and didn’t like em I have emailed and sent messages so I can return the items and getting nothing back from them wouldnt buy again luckily I paid by Klarna so stopped payment

100% a scam, DO NOT USE!

Took money. Then sent nothing!! And ignored my emails. DO NOT USE!!!!

Think it's a scam, ordered advent Christmas cards and they arrived today. Very poor cheap card with very poor coloured ink. Nothing like the advertisement and I can't find the ad anywhere. Make you believe they are produced in the UK when in fact they come from China! Avoid like the plague!!

Very disappointing- got the embroidered book marks...looks nice. The impression is that they're hand made but it's essentially cardboard. Probably will cut off most of the cardboard - I do believe they're from China.

I have ordered and received but received the wrong personalisation! Money taken, emailed requesting replacement or refund - haven’t heard back after 2 requests!

Cancelled my order as after a month, despite my two email enquiries, they never replied. I never received any updates after I ordered either, to advise progress.
Luckily I had paid via PayPal, so I got my money back. Whew, relief. I would not take the chance of ordering anything from this company!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY from this company. They steal other people's artwork and claim it as their own. Also reading other reviews, the quality of the products (if they ever send them to you) is TERRIBLE. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

BUYER BEWARE

The photography they use to illustrate their products is in NO WAY representative of what you will receive.

There are product dimensions but these are buried at the bottom of the product information (and not at all apparent on the mobile site - difficult enough to see when you get their website up on a 30" screen). The dims are underneath pictures showing the products in situ - that are either not the product or are pictures that have been enlarged or superimposed.

Then comes the worrying returns process... you must email customer services for an address... and IF they accept your refund then you will get a refund within a 'certain amount of days'. Not too sure they have read the distance selling regs but at a quick guess, because of the lack of information on their website they are an overseas scam organisation using .co.uk as a front so unlikely to care about regulations. No registered office address, companies number or VAT number. Wish I'd have seen this on the mobile site.

Ordered the 12days of Christmas Xmas cards. They are indeed VERY small at 3.5in x 5'' and rubbish quality - along with a depressing standard brown envelope. Also was lead to believe they are a UK company. The reality is that they were cheap Chinese product.

Item took an age to turn up, comes from China but clearly suggests it's based in the UK.
Product that was sent was absolutely nothing like that was advertised, just a very very very cheap version. Looks like theyve stolen the advert from another company.
Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing, lesson learned!!

I was concerned that my order would not arrive after reading all these reviews but I am happy to announce that I received it today! Thank you appledogs! The order has been delivered complete and as per the item description. I am one happy customer!

ordered in June. Item never arrived. fake tracking ref given. no replies to any emails. got paypal to refund me. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a so called Silky cover up. Took ages to get to me. To return the item, just a 14 day window. No return form either. The cover up was nothing like as described. Very heavy material nothing like the `silky floaty advertisement' Tried e-mailing Appledogs three times and completed one of their on line forms. Totally ignored. Please do not touch this company with a barge pole

We have just received the apparent stretchy shorts, NO stretch at all, too small, made in China.

Has anyone actually had a delivery from this company? I did an order 20th June - had no date for delivery, no replies to my emails and no reply from their contact page???

Scam company making a bad name for legitimate ones ignore all forms of contact no tracking for a parcel or ability to get a refund
