Ordered something a month ago, parcel with Evri for 3 weeks, no response to repeated emails asking them to check where the parcel is, no response to request for refund.

I placed an order in March it finally arrived but it wasn’t what I ordered I contacted them straight away they offered me 60% refund because they have to be returned to China I accepted I’m still waiting I’ve contacted small claims court I’ve asked for there head office address no one’s answering the last contact I had was Monday June 19th stating my refund will be back in my account in 2 days it’s now June 25 no money every time I see an advert for anything from Appledogs I leave a comment stating scammers buyer beware

The dress is wonderful. Everything is great no matter the fabric of the dress or the type of the train.

No complaints though. I loved the dress.This particular company was a joy to do business with. Thanks again!

Ordered 2 key holders both came damaged asked if I could return they said no but if I keep them they would refund half the money. This didn’t happen and they no longer reply to my emails. Scam company

I originally ordered a dress but I did not notice they did not have it in white and they immediately helped me and changed my ordered and refunded me the difference.

Their tops is gorgeous. This amazing site provides exceptional customer service and their prices are really reasonable.

This dress is so pretty. Simple, but classic design. I sent in my custom measurements, and it arrived very quickly and was absolutely perfect. The tailoring was perfect. The satin material does wrinkle though, so be sure to keep it in a large enough storage bag and allow enough time to get it steamed before wearing.

I am so very impressed! I had searched everywhere for a dress for an awards ceremony. I went to all the major department stores, the plus size specialty shops, and a few local gown sales places. NOTHING! I was at a loss when I started looking online. I searched for plus size dresses, and this site came up. I really liked their selection and affordable prices. I then narrowed my search for just a line dresses, knowing that's what looks best on me. I was extremely nervous because I only had 2 weeks for the dress to get here, and if it didn't fit, I would be left with nothing. So, I read reviews and thought I'd take a chance. I'm glad I did! The dress came earlier than expected.

I was worried ordering online but I did send in my measurements and in 3 weeks my dress came and fits perfect in every way. Quality material, heavier than expected and just as pictured. I am very happy!

Ordered something 10 days ago, tried emailing... nothing, messaged them on facebook and got a reply two days later. Was told that the product was out of stock and that my order was cancelled and refunded. The worrying parts are that it's still on the website to buy, and the message they sent says ''You don't need to return it'' their online FAQs also say ''If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company''
Big red flags, fingers crossed I get the money back

Can't give a zero rating. Their products are cheap imports from China. I bought a fastener tool doesn't work told them and they said they don't give refunds offered me 30%.will be reporting this to my bank.Please be warned stay away from this company their stuff is absolutely rubbish when this company take money from your account it says labubu not appledogs total scam now reported to my bank

This company do not warrant even 1 star. Ordered a jigsaw, arrived late, box was torn and squashed. Contacted company to return item for a refund, emails completely ignored and no telephone number to call. Avoid this company totally……
