Excellent communication throughout from the customer service team, with great appliance selection that’s competitively priced. There was a delay with the manufacturing of the appliance- something that was made known to me very early on from Appliance centre , but the appliances arrived much earlier than expected, and delivered without issue.

Highly recommended and will use again.

Excellent service from the word go. Very competitive price. Very quick responses via email answering my confirmation about the product questions. Delivery was also prompt and product arrived very well wrapped. Couldn't ask for more, thanks.

A great experience from start to finish. I was very happy to find that the appliance we wanted was on sale here at a much cheaper price than direct from the main supplier and that delivery was free! We only had to wait 3 working days (one of those was including the day of delivery) and the appliance was delivered by 2 very nice chaps from a delivery company which sent you an email, a telephone number and a 2 hour time slot which added up to a great delivery service. I will definitely look to using this company again in the future. The only slight confusion was that the order number on the delivery email was different from mine, but when I looked closer - I had 2 numbers on my sales invoice, a sales ref and order no' and that's why it was different.

After spending time to determine the exact delivery day, between Cooks and Furdeco they messed this up and failed to deliver on the due day.

Follow up...... I haven't rescheduled anything, between yourselves and Furdeco you messed this up for me and I ended up with no choice but to accept next day delivery.
