When went to collect the dress the store told me that they have been told the deliveries of clothes have been delivered and mine was among the orders that day, but the store have not seen them, so no dress to collect. No offer of a refund or no communication on what will happen now! Not happy ! Either please sent me another dress with the 15% discount for a new customer or I wish for a refund please, the store is Hempstead valley

My first purchase
The clothes are lovely. They were delivered within a couple of days. I sent a top back because it didn't suit. The returns system was easy to use.
The dress I kept is beautiful. It floats when its on. The material is lovely of of a very good quality. . Very pleased with the service and the merchandise. Can definitely recommend.
