Picked up the dropped ball

I already filled this out.....

Despite the fact that.your scheduling systems never do what I ask meaning I expect to know first the time range when you notify me about my upcoming appointment. I also expect a text when the teck is on the way, 30 minutes or so out. I have 5 dogs to manage. This never happens. Teck took this feedback that he had no idea about and fit me in to day quickly and completed service thoroughly with a great attitude

When I first walked in they greeted me very friendly. And help me find a couple items. Also offered every words card which I took I'll be back.

Worst experience ever

The service member who serviced my house did not have enough for inside and outside. So now I’m seeing ants inside my house.

Had termite control installed it was…

Had termite control installed it was not done right they sent the same guy out a second time he broke one of the green bait traps from stopping on it because he didn’t drill the hole deep enough. He put in 2 new baits with no poison in the hole, still have some sticking out of the ground, have a couple areas over 21 feet that has nothing installed. One bait was sticking out of the ground so high it fell over. I have small dogs running around the yard where he drilled holes and left them open now my dogs could break there leg if they slip in it. Not happy I paid a lot for this service and I do not want this same guy back on my property tried talking to him but he just kept making up BS and obviously didn’t want to hear what I had to say

The wrong house was sprayed first of…

The wrong house was sprayed first of all. But, he did come back later that afternoon and sprayed ours. Which should have been sprayed the first time. Maybe, they need to read and pay attention to the addresses more carefuly.😚😚😳
