I’ve used this company for almost a year and only the last two services did I actually know what I was paying for. The last 2 techs actually took photos of what they were doing and what they did. This was very useful.

you were texted 3 times not to show on the the originally scheduled date of spraying as I was unavailable then. Nonetheless, rep showed. Very dissatisfied with lack of communication. Considering dropping monthly for this reason. I expect a cll to reschedule service for inside of home!

The appointment was not kept
The appointment was not kept. No one showed up or contacted me like they usually do to say they are on their way. The only thing I received was an automated text reminding me of the service for that day.
The only follow-ups have been asking me to review my service, which never happened.

I had to leave for a class, and the next day there were still cobwebs hanging from the patio cover and near the 2 sliding doors. It happens, but not impressed.

A notice should be sent by email or text to know when service will be done, PRIOR TO THE DATE.
Please leave a receipt or card so I know you came. My dogs need to be locked in the house. The gate needs to be unlocked to get to the back of the house and yard.
