I have no bugs!
I have no bugs!! They text when they are coming and send pictures afterwards. If I need them to concentrate on something, I can reply to their text and let them know. They are very responsive and friendly. They clean up the spider webs and their eggs. They do a great job overall and the price is reasonable.

Excellent service
Brian was at our new home and took very good care of us, helped to cach me in what they use and how it interacts with the wildlife. Helped me look inside the home for signs of cockraches and other invasive pests. Then he sprayed the areas they may use to get into our home. Highly recommend this service for all homeowners/renters who want to avoid unwanted pests!

Not very happy with my service at all
Not very happy with my service at all. Some of the techs are good and most are horrible and rush and cut corners. Also I pay for the premium package which as I read in my contract comes with fly traps and all types of traps, though since starting my service with Aptive a year ago now I have received these once. When I ask the techs why they are not providing these I’m told they are out of them ( doesn’t matter the appointment times, tried both early and late.) they all have the same excuse. I pay 150.00 for every service yet don’t get the full service then they want to hit me with 299.00 fee for canceling. Sad to say I will not pay for Aptive once contract is over, seems like I can save myself $150.00 by just spraying “Home Defense “ because that basically what my techs come and do. Also I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My tech Naarai was helpful, and he listened to my concerns about pests on my property. I was provided with many photos of the work that was done around my home. I appreciate the service techs that visit my home each quarter.

Not so good grass
Our yard looks terrible..we have some dry spots in it. The rest is not rich and green it’s pale looking with a lot of dead grass in it.

Andrew did a absolutely great job
Andrew did a absolutely great job! He is very patient and answered all my questions. He took his time dewebbing everything, not like most of the past techniques.
I wish all the techniques would do a good of a job like Andrew. In the future, I will always request Andrew for my job.
