Great personal service

They contact you before they come and then they send you a message when they finish detailing what all they did and what pests they treated for. They let you know what they see as potential problems. They will also come in and treat inside if you request and someone is home. They are friendly and professional. Their service is effective.

We are being overrun by spiders

We are being overrun by spiders, we didn't have this problem until we switched services to Aptive Environmental. The technician that did our last service was very professional and friendly and treated all areas around the house but now you walk into spider webs everywhere especially on the front porch.

Communication was good, let me know when they were to arrive. Able to adjust what was going to be treated for the day due to illness.

Continue to be impressed with Aptive…

Continue to be impressed with Aptive Pest Control. Communication between the tech and customer is amazing from texting when in route to when on site. They take pictures of things they find and ask if there are any problem areas. Since signing up with them our ant and wasp/yellow jacket problem is now non existent now. Only part of the whole process I wasn't a fan of was the initial signup with the sales guy. Very high pressure and wouldn't take no for an answer. Overall I am happy with the service and with the price I pay as I was a tough cookie at signup.

Nothing but good experience with their…

Nothing but good experience with their work / service so far, but there's a pretty fast and hard sell approach, and (what seems to me to be) an unusual pricing system, ultimately a noticable bit higher than other exterminators I've used . I receive good service, but not frequent, as that's really how they work.

Fabulous service.

Fabulous service.
The young man that came out was right on time, polite, and went right to work. We had family with kids and dogs. A little chaotic…he wasn’t phased at all. We even offered him breakfast, which he declined.

Our tech (Dylan) was top notch. He was responsive to my questions, thorough, and efficient! He even went above and beyond by noticing another area needing treatment in our open garage. 10/10!!

Excellent Service

I needed additional service beyond my current contract but didn't catch them before they left my house - They quickly did the add-on, obtained my signature and were back at my house to do the service that same afternoon. They listened, were quick to respond and were extremely courteous,

Really can’t stand that I was tricked…

Really can’t stand that I was tricked into a 1 year contract
I was doing the same stuff the tech does
For rodents problems an still having issues an seeing rats and mice still
Every time tech comes out still is $130 charge
To buy out of contract is ridiculous amount

I disliked the fact that some area would be missed.

I disliked the fact that most of the time, if not all the the time, an arrival time or span of time be given so I may arrange my day accordingly. Also I understand if you can not get to back yard, but if you do not ring bell, you can not assume that we're not home and then just do part of the outside of house or not know, if places inside of house are in need of treatment.

They do an amazing thorough job! They have great communication. They contact you before they show up and they send you pics of the work that's been done. They focus on specific areas that you request.

The woman who worked at our home was…

The woman who worked at our home was very responsive to my concerns. She gave extra time and detailed application as we have a very significant problem with ants (although Aptive has been treating here for a year)
