The service was ineffective

The service was ineffective. Scheduling was always an issue. Communication was lacking creating a situation where the inside service was seldom done. Many complaints were made with no improvements. Despite the issues I was not allowed out of my contract. The last service the technician did do the inside and he was good.

Aptive technicians always text before they arrive asking for inout on any areas of concern. Aptive collectively communicates well and is always responsive and respectful.

Eddie The Aptive technician explained everything he did during his to include photos of the areas he worked. And before he started he asked if I had any areas that needed special attention. This is the reason I use Aptive for my pest control needs

Bruce was great

Bruce was great! He was very communicative and thorough. I highly recommend him and I hope we get him in the future. In the five years we have used Aptive he has been the best technician so far.

Tech did a great job around our house…

Tech did a great job around our house area and pool area. But I walked out in our back yard and found many fire ants piles that weren't treated.

The associate they sent out was very…

The associate they sent out was very thorough and made sure any concerns were met. Excellent communication skills and seemed very caring. Even sent a text about an hour before arrival. Followed up with a thank you message.

Great Service

The tech that came to the house was awesome. He was very friendly, funny, informative, and kind. He explained everything to me, and I understood what he was doing for the day. I feel like he went above and beyond what I expected.

Our technician, David, was courteous, thorough and efficient. He explained what he would be doing, asked if there were any other pest issues and took the time necessary to complete his tasks.

I had a flea problem for two years

I had a flea problem for two years. The other company I had before cost me a lot of money and barely made a dent. I am very pleased with Aptive. My flea problem seems to be gone, and I am so relieved—better price, better service, better products.
