The tech was professional
The tech was professional, thorough and efficient. The bug situation is well under control. I hardly ever see Florida bugs near the house. I haven't seen one in the house since Aptive started treating.

Fabulous Technician and Overall Service Experience
The Tech who came to provide my servicing's name is Cedric, and he was outstanding! He was also accompanied by a young man in training. Cedric was patient, listened to my needs for my lawn and inside my home, and it makes me feel good knowing the products are pet friendly and effective.

Christian was our tech and did a great job. Knocked down all the spider eggs and webs. A lot if them do not do that. He was very professional. You are lucky to have this young man in your employ.

I’ve been with Aptive for a year now…
I’ve been with Aptive for a year now and my experience has been positive. Most importantly my home is bug free. The complete treatment depends a lot on which tech you get because sometimes I didn’t get the complete service such as brushing spider webs away from windows etc…
The service and communication between them and me is great and easy to contact. I wish the rates were lower and no contracts but that’s about it for concerns.
Overall I am pleased with the service and would recommend.
