I received my sofa samples yesterday so much choice to go threw and the colour are so lovely I have not made my mind up what colours I am looking for but it’s give me some idea and the sofa look so lovely so comfortable so I just need to decide now

Their service was flawless from start to finish: honest, helpful, and full of integrity. They delivered exactly as promised — on plan, on schedule, and on budget — with no compromises on quality. The craftsmanship is second to none, and the personal delivery and installation made the experience feel even more special.

I rarely write reviews because my standards are extremely high, but Arabella Designs absolutely knocked it out of the park. They’ve earned our trust, and they’ll be our go-to team for every future dream we want to turn into reality.

We found Arabella Designs on Instagram and once we found the design for us we went to the showroom to see it in the flesh and meet Chris the owner and designer.

His knowledge of and passion for his craft were obvious as soon as he started to explain the process of creating our dream sofa. Couple that with an extensive catalogue of bespoke materials and upholstery choices and it was such an easy decision.

We eventually chose the corner coco in mink, made to our exact measurements at no extra cost and had a bespoke bench seat cushion made to order as well. This ties the kitchen diner / living room together.

Chris was always on hand for any questions and nothing was too much throughout the entire process. He even delivered it by hand!!

We could not be happier and we'll definitely be back for our next sofa.

Yet to receive but the help and guidance I’ve had do far has been incredible

We had been looking in all the usual outlets for a loungie, crash out style of corner sofa but couldnt find anything suitable, comfort or sizewise, so, begrudgingly, we decided on a standalone sofa and armchair from loaf as their corner sofas did not fit our space.
But at the last minute before purchase, by chance, we came across arabellas website, called Chris and arranged to visit him in their showroom.
It has been a lovely experiance dealing with him, he listened as we explained what we wanted and he suggested trying the cloud corner sofa which he could custom build to our exact measurements and fabric choices and at no additional cost to their standard sizes.
We've just taken delivery of the sofa and could not be happier with it, fantastic quality and so, so comfortable, all at a brilliant price too.
We highly recommend Arabella designs to anyone considering a new sofa, thanks again Chris.

We have just had our Coco sofa delivered and we absolutely love it. It has a subtle 70s vibe which we were unable to find anywhere else.

It has a solid construction, is super comfortable, and the quality is outstanding.

I ordered two fabric sample packs before making a decision and nothing was too much trouble. Amy and Chris were incredibly responsive and genuinely lovely to deal with.

Absolutely delighted with our new sofa! The showroom was too far away to visit so I asked loads of questions before buying. The team at Arabella were super quick to reply each time with really helpful advice, they really put my mind at ease.
There was a small hiccup when the sofa was delivered but Arabella sorted the problem within a couple of days.
The sofa is such amazing quality and so comfy. Firm with a bit of squish. Just perfect! I would 100% buy from them again. 👌🏼

I have just received my cloud bespoke heritage velvet in olive, and it’s absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent and the sofa is very comfortable and well made, with plenty of padding. Chris is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you are totally happy with your sofa.
