Great service in the showroom
The service and sofa selection at Camerich was excellent, and Ishraq in the Tottenham Court Road showroom provided comprehensive support & explanation of the sofa bed I was interested in. I went back the following day and she guided me through the purchase process, and ensuring that my requirements in terms of sofa customisation and delivery are being met.

Absolutely brilliant service provided by Dereece, a total asset to the firm. Was dealt with incredibly well and professionally from the very start. Great products and service overall. A particular thank you to Ishraq at the Tottenham Court Road showroom, who was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. There was no sales pressure, and Ishraq took the time to talk through the different configurations, dimensions and practical considerations, which was especially useful when considering room layout and access requirements.
The showroom experience was relaxed, questions were answered clearly, and communication was straightforward throughout. Buying a sofa is a significant purchase, so it was reassuring to receive thoughtful advice and enough time to make a decision.
Overall, a smooth experience and good customer service. We would happily return to Camerich in the future.

I had a Camerich sofa in a previous flat and needed buy one for my new flat. I reached out and Bade was immediately responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. She spent the time understanding the room, dimensions, helping to design and make recommendations. Outstanding customer service
We were very happy with the service we received from Cambridge and in particular Lexi the showroom manager at Tottenham Court Road. Camerich have an excellent range of sofas and Lexi skilfully provided us with all the details and inside knowledge about measurements, composition of the sofa, colours and various other combinations. It really was a faultless experience - so much so that we ended up buying a sofa from them with a lovely selection of cushions to go with in it various fabrics, as well as a new dining table. All in all a very very good experience with Camerich and Lexi who was amazing.

I recently ordered a sofa from Camrich, and the whole ordering experience was excellent. Lexi Stoklosa was incredibly helpful throughout the process — she clearly explained the options available within my budget, helped me secure the best possible deal, and responded to every enquiry extremely quickly, even on a Sunday.

We bought 4 dining chairs from the…
We bought 4 dining chairs from the Tottenham Court Road branch. We had a lot of help from Lexi, choosing the leather and colours. She was very patient and the team in general in the shop were very pleasant. The chairs were delivered on time by very helpful anf careful couriers (too much plastic wrapping though - it would be nice if whoever deals with that could sort that out.)
